Our condo has a downstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds, and an upstairs master loft bedroom with a King-sized bed. There is a full bath downstairs, and a half bath in the master suite. We have installed all new appliances this year, including washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, over-the-range microwave and toaster. Our kitchen is well-stocked for your cooking needs, and includes a coffeemaker and blender as well. We offer free wi-fi for your convenience.

We had a great last minute getaway to the beach. Condo was clean, up to date and comfortable. Great large deck to enjoy the bay which is steps away from the condo. The heated pool was great and the game room was fun. The hot tub was closed for maintenence. Owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend this property if you want to be in the heart of Birch Bay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay at Birch Bay was awesome, Dorothy was so great I was worried about having 4 boys with us (aged 12) and she made us feel so welcome and opened her unit without any worry You can tell they are nice people by the way their neighbors treated us - they are very well liked by the way they treated us The unit and everything included made our visit special- we will be back again and again Dave,Sandra,Shawn,Jonathan,Nabil and JodaiDid you find this review helpful? We had a fantastic stay. Although we did play on the beach by day, and enjoyed bonfires by night, one would never have to leave Jacobs Landing to have a great time. We took advantage of all it had to offer: from the clubhouse game room, pool, and racquetball court to tennis, pickle ball, and bocce ball. The condo was lovely, complete with deck to enjoy the beautiful view.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Rates
Rental rate for the condo is $140 per night, with a 2-night minimum rental; weekly rental rate is $900. In addition to rental rate, there is a $75 cleaning fee, and $200 security deposit. Low season rate $125 per night, Sept.15-June 14 Payment of $200 security deposit and half of rental fees required to confirm reservation; Balance of rental fees due two weeks prior to arrival. Deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, provided we can find another renter for that time period. The security deposit will be refunded within one week of your stay, upon inspection of unit and verification of key return.

About the owner: Our family lives in Kirkland, Washington. We have been spending our summers up at Birch Bay for the past eleven years, and we have many wonderful friendships and happy memories from our times there. We still go to the condo whenever we can, but when kids grow up and go off to college, life changes! We would love for you to come and experience Birch Bay and make memories with your family.
Why the Owner Chose Birch Bay:
Birch Bay is a casual, friendly beach community within comfortable driving distance of our home. Larry vacationed here as a child, and has many happy memories of his time here. We chose Jacob's Landing because of the proximity to the beach,the central location of the complex and the indoor pool and tennis courts.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our favorite thing about the condo is the second-story water view--when we open the curtains, all we see is the beach. Our private deck is a great place to barbecue, enjoy happy hours and meals, or sit in the lounge chair and read a book or take a nap.
We keep lots of games and puzzles at the condo for when we need a break from all of the outside activities.
When we want to get exercise, we can walk, ride, or skate along the beachfront path in either direction, or stay home and play tennis, pickleball, or bocce ball, and then relax in the pool and hot tub.
We enjoy golf, and this area is informally know as 'Monterey of the North' because of the wide variety of courses nearby. There are 2 world class courses minutes away--Semiahmoo and Loomis Trails, among the highest ranked courses in Washington state.
We enjoy clam digging and crabbing when it's in season--seafood doesn't get any fresher than what you catch yourself!
