This magnificent 3 bedroom condo is located on the 18th floor of Avalon, the newest tower, at The Beach Club, offering granite, jetted master tub, exquisite art and luxury furnishings and WIFI. The direct view of the Gulf of Mexico is spectacular, plus the balcony allows an additional Westward view of the endless sugar white sand beach with breathtaking sunsets and all the pools and grounds! At the foot of the tower, you will enjoy the huge pool, jacuzzi and wading pool for the children. The conveniently located boardwalk with showers makes trips to the beach effortless!
From the moment you enter, A1803, you know you're going to love it! The lush West Indies Beach decor, mirrored walls, beveled glass, plush carpets, exquisite art and unique detailed quality furniture greets you with comfort. Huge sliding glass doors lead to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom, there is seating on the balcony for all to enjoy.
The master bedroom, has its own 'love seat' with a view of the the Gulf and adjoins if own private bath with a large closet and jetted tub. The Queen guest room adjoins the guest bath, equipped with a tub/shower unit. The twin guest room is conveniently located across the hall.
The bedding arrangement is King, Queen, Twins, Sofa sleeper. All bed and bath linens are provided along with 'starter' amounts of various toiletries, tissue & detergents.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all major and minor appliances, dishes, utensils, and cookware, plus there is a washer/dryer! Bring food, drinks, supplies, and beach towels.
Beach chair/umbrella set-ups and other beach activities such as para-sailing are provide by a rental service. A casual fine dining restaurant and bar is located upstairs over the Clubhouse with a great view! None other compares with the food and view in the area! Shopping and a salon are on site, too!
The owner is a member of the Clubhouse, so all of the amenities are available with an optional daily fee payable at the Clubhouse for the days you choose. Amenities include locker rooms, community heated indoor and outdoor pools, wading pools, jacuzzis, fitness center, game room, tiki bar, poolside grill, entertainment, tennis and a lot more. Plus, seasonally, there are free tram rides throughout the property.

We had a great 7-night stay at the beach club! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a nice view of the Gulf. The only complaint I had was there weren't enough sizes in cooking pots/pans. We needed a medium one, and there was only really small or very large. Also, there was no tea pitcher! In the South, you MUST have a gallon-size tea pitcher! Other than these 2 minor details, we were satisfied with the condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: The condo is beautifully decorated, but perhaps the tea pitcher doubled as a sand toy! If you ever need anything while in this condo, just call me. I will personally bring it or have it delivered to you. I am located right next door!
