You can jog or stroll the one and a half mile trail that links the four awe-inspiring Ko Olina lagoons or ride the last remaining sugar cane train. Our townhouse villa is completed with all beautiful furnishings and décor in an elegant Polynesian island-style. There are granite countertops and tile floors in the bathrooms and hardwood floors in the entry and kitchen. You will find the kitchen fully-equipped for all of your needs with brand new appliances, china, glassware, and utensils. The family room has cushy sofas and a 42 inch plasma screen TV with DVD player, VCR and a stereo with CD player. There is a BBQ, a sofa seat, two chairs and a table on the large lanai and fans in every room and central air-conditioning inside the villa!
The cable serivce includes over 200 channels, HBO, Showtime as well as a digital recorder to save your favorite shows for you while you are at the lagoons for convenient viewing when you return. Phone and fax service are available for free unlimited use nationwide. There is a beautiful Polynesian-style table and chairs in the kitchen with seating for six and additional seating area on the lanai, where you can enjoy the ocean breezes! There is a washer and dryer off of the hallway and hair dryers in the bathrooms.
The Master Bedroom has a King-size Bed and you will sleep in luxury with Egyptian-Cotton Sheets on a pillow-top mattress. There is a beautiful tropical wood nightstand and dresser set in the master to match the bed frame. The Master Bathroom has a shower with a seat in it! The shower is finished in a beautiful tile to match the floor, and there are two sinks with a granite countertop.
The second bedroom has a Queen-size Bed. It also has a pillow-top mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, and tropical nightstands and a dresser. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom/den with the same granite and tile as the master. The third bedroom/den has two twin beds that can be put together or used separately. This bedroom was converted from an office, so there is no closet, but there is a big dresser to put your clothes.

Why the Owner Chose Ko Olina
I was vacationing on Oahu with the intention of purchasing a vacation rental in the Waikiki area, but then I saw Ko Olina and fell in love with the beautiful beach coves and the pools and hamock groves in the Coconut Planation development so I ended up buying here instead!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
I love that there are so many amenities within a short walk...you have the pools and hamock groves in Coconut Plantation, the golf course surrounding it, the beach coves where you can snorkel, kayak, and paddleboat, and more, and there is a harbor with dolphin, snorkel and sunset tours, restaurants, the day spa, gym and tennis courts at the Ihilani, and the best Luau show on the island all within a 10 minute walk of the villa!

I grew up about 45 minutes from San Francisco, CA. I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a major in Business Economics. I live in Southern California now and I have a wonderful two year old baby boy, Tyler, who loves Hawaii as much as I do! We travel out there every couple of months to keep up the vacation rentals that I own and those that I manage for other owners as well.

We had an amazing experience here and highly recommend it. The villa is beautifully appointed and the location is fantastic; a short walk to the beautiful beach coves. The amenities were as described and we truly had everything we needed for a beach vacation and were able to enjoy "the luxuries of home" in this beautiful unit. Gina was a very gracious and friendly host. We could not be more pleased with our experience and look forward to future visits.

This villa is amazing and shows even better than the photos. It was the perfect size for my group of 6 and the location is very convenient, close to the highway, shops/groccery and the beach! My husband and I are "neat freaks" and very particular when it comes to cleanliness, the villa is spotless and exceeded our expectations. It is equipped with everything you would need and more for your stay. We will definatley be back! Thank you!

We found the villa to be as described. The grounds were so well kept and beautiful. The owner was very quick and helpful in resolving a question. I LOVED the master bed and slept better than I can remember ever sleeping! The only negative was the construction noise of the Disney hotel. However, the sound was adequately muffled with the windows closed. I did feel badly about running the A/C as much as we needed to with the windows closed. LOVED Roy's restaurant and eating shave ice after our daily walks. I would definately stay there again and recommend it to friends. It was a delightful villa.

We enjoyed our time in the villa and on the wonderful Coconut Plantation grounds. The pools, the hammocks and the walking paths are delightful. The description was accurate and the pictures too. The owner was helpful in all respects, but went out of her way to call and warn us at 6:00 a.m. that there was a tsunami warning - we could have slept through it! Yes, I would recommend the property to friends and family. The activities at KoOlina and the surrounding island are outstanding - there is truly something for all ages and all interests.
