  My husband & I stayed here the month of April. This was our second time at this beach home. And it was as great in April as it was in October. I can't say enough about this house. It's close to the beach, always clean & well-maintained, and the house is just as the photos show. (I'm very particularly about cleanliness, and this house passes the test.) The kitchen is well stocked with absolutely EVERYTHING you need.........I'm talking good stuff, too, ex. Pampered Chef, Calphalon, etc. Because I have a food allergy, we rarely eat out. So it was great to have everything needed at my fingertips. It lacks nothing. I love the open floor plan.......so spacious. Another plus is that it is pet friendly, so we're able to bring our 16 yr old dachshund along, too. I need to mention, also, that having access to a golf cart is a bonus. We love riding around the Village, feeding the ducks, and meeting people. Everyone is so friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this beach home to anyone interested in staying here. The owners are great to deal with. I can assure you that you will enjoy your stay. We certainly hope to be staying here again. Denelle, thank you for allowing us to stay, once again, in your great beach home. We love it!

  My husband and I had the opportunity to stay here for the month of October. This was our first time staying this length of time and needless to say, we didn't want to leave. The weather was beautiful despite Tropical Storm Sandy! This is a lovely beach house with everything you would possibly need. The description and photos of the home are totally accurate. The open floor plan and large kitchen are great........the entire house is very spacious. It was clean and well-maintained. Denelle was great to work with and answered any questions in a timely manner. We definitely want to stay here again and would recommend the property to others. Thank you again, Denelle, for allowing us to stay here & for being so helpful.

  Everything was wonderful! Clean & well stocked with everything you could need or want. The beds were very comfortable with top of the line sheets & bedding. You can stand on the front porch & have a peek at the beautiful ocean. The golf cart was great to load up with chairs & beach bags for a short ride to the beach. You could easily walk it in about 2 minutes if you wanted. Giant television & comfortable furnishings for relaxing at night. The grounds are well kept & the beautiful ponds & wildlife were an added surprise. We were very sad to leave.

  Thank you for sharing your beautifully decorated, clean, fully equiped house with us. The beach was a short walk down the street or a little ride on the golf cart that the owners provided. We have stayed at Oceanside Village now 3 times and this house by far was the best. We have already recommended this place to some friends and family and we will hope to be coming back for years to come!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
