We bought in this location because its very family oriented area also there is no cars its all boardwalks and only access is by boat the property is right on the beachthere are four deck upper and lowerviews of the ocean couldnt be better and back deck affords views of the great south bay it has 2 floors 4 bedrooms and sleeps 16 great spot for vactioning families

Quite serene no house phone no calls many frozen drinks walks on the beach swimming volleyball with the kids frisbee long tanning in the sun great fun and sweet sounds of the ocean at night sunrises out of the ocean and sets in the bay local bar and resturant also fishing on the bay clamming jet sking crabbing long walks to watch marina for lunch and or drinks late night board games with the children lots of good clean fun for families and a great rest where the stress of life washes away
