The Palms Beach House. Rent this completely renovated (in 2012) large, upscale townhouse. The Palms Beach House offer two bedrooms on two lStuevels overlooking the pool, hot tub and gulf. From one common entrance, The Palms Beach House features a wonderful 'Efficiency Apartment' with a Queen Size Bed on the Ground Floor and a large spacious '2nd Floor Apartment' with 1 bedroom featuring a King Size Bed located one level up. You may rent both apartments for a total of 2 bedrooms that will sleep 6 persons (using the sofa sleeper in the 2nd Floor Apartment) or simply select the unit (Efficiency Apartment or 2nd Floor Apartment) and rent the one that meets your family's requirements. Rent both units and bring along grandma and grandpa or another couple. There is plenty of room for all to get together in the family room located in the 2nd Floor Apartment. Beautiful granite counters in the newly updated kitchen. Tastefully furnished with many upscale details and new washer / dryer located within the 2nd Floor Apartment. The Efficiency Apartment has a totally new kitchen with new applicances, cabinets, eating area bar, etc. A new flat screen HDTV is located in the Efficiency Apartment while the 2nd Floor apartment has a new flat screen HDTV TV in the great room and a 2nd TV (not flat screen or HD) in bedroom. The Efficiency Apartment has its own ground floor patio complete with table, chairs and deck furniture. The 2nd Floor Apartment has a large wrap around balcony which overlooks the pool and gulf. At The Palms Beach House, the beach access is about 100 steps away. The Palms Beach House is a wonderful place for a family to gather and create lasting memories!!!! Great place to stay with the In Laws. They had their own getaway and so did we. We had to pool all to ourselves most of the time. I recommend this place for anyone. My favorite thing was, we didn't have to bring chairs and towels. A HUGE PLUSRecommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property was well maintained and decorated beautifully!! It gave a home-like atmosphere where you could relax and have the beach close by!! The beach was so close but far enough to get away from the "condo" craziness. We enjoyed the short little walk (just a few steps) on the beach walkway and felt as if we had the whole beach to ourselves!! There were chairs and beach towels provided to take to the beach which was a nice touch. The balcony over looked the pool area with a wonderful hot tub and grill with palm trees everywhere. The ocean was viewable from the balcony and we enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings sitting on the balcony. Connie gave tips of where to eat and favorites of the "locals" We enjoyed the homemade donuts which was walking distance from the townhouse and made several trips for breakfast! I was orginally worried about going to Panama City for Spring Break but the townhouse was away from the craziness and the whole area was family oriented. Pier Park was very close and a great place to shop and eat!!! We also ate at Panama Pizzeria which was down the street and it turned out to be really tasty pizza!! Destin was 30 minutes away which also provided wonderful shopping opportunites. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is looking for a nice relaxing vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This property was wonderful. Very Clean, Well Maintained and in the quiet part of Panama City. Several Days the kids and I had the pool all to ourselves. Pictures are true to this rental. Mrs Connie was wonderful in booking and answering any questions we had. Right accross the road from the beach and parking space available for you ( no fighting for a parking spot when your tired). We were here for our daughters softball world series and a family of four. Wished we could have stayed longer. We look forward to renting again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

About the owner: The owner is a retired special education teacher. After teaching 33 years in Indiana, she is enjoying the wonderful beaches and the relaxing beach atmosphere. Life slows down here on the beach. The owner says that she has learned to appreciate all the blessings she has and enjoys sharing her beach home with families who travel from near and far for fun, vacation and relaxation on the Panama City Beach's west end.
