  My family of 4 and I stayed in Crystal Sands #308 for 2 weeks this summer and had a great experience and one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we've ever experienced. The owner was very courteous in answering all of our questions prior and during our stay. We were even able to check in 12 hours early since the prior tenants were out early. The condo had everything we could ever think of needing during our stay...and then some! Washer & dryer became very valuable after the initial few days. Condo was very well kept w/ up-to-date furniture and appliances and had just updated the living room suit before we arrived. The unit has storage everywhere, so you should'nt have issues with space to put your belongings. We were very comfortable here and hated to leave. The lanai was very spacious and comfortable. The only recommendation I would have for this unit is to put some high-back chairs on the lanai for a better view over the banister/railing on the lanai, but this is no big deal because the remainder of the unit is awesome. The pool was nice and well maintained and the beach was unbelievable. This is now our favorite beach and are planning coming back next summer and then relocating or retiring to this area as there is so much to see and do. If we need a 2 bedroom (or maybe even if we dont) the next time we visit, we would not hesitate to stay in the unit again. Also, the sunsets here are the most beautiful we've ever seen and the water was nice and clear and the surf was not too rough for the young ones. Make sure you take the short stroll south on the beach to The Point of Rocks...it's not to be missed! This is an A1 first class property and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again !

  We really enjoyed our time here! We've stayed in Crystal Sands several times and it is one of our favorite places to stay on Siesta Key. The beach here is unbeatable and we like the complex because it is one of the few with 2 pools gulf side. This is nice for small kids when the beachside pool is crowded. Anyway, this was one of the nicest condos that we have stayed in here on the Key. The condo is decorated nicely and the big screen TV and wifi were great after a long day at the beach. It was also very well kept and decorated. We also appreciated the washer and dryer located in the condo. The view is beautiful and the location in the complex was very convenient. It was defintiey a first class place to stay. thank

  This is my first time to stay on Siesta Key and my stay at this unit was great! The unit was updated, very spacious and extremely comfortable. The views from the lanai was amazing and we overlooked the pool and the beach. The unit was well equipped and entertaining my friends was really easy. I had everything I needed in the unit. The sand at the beach was soft and white and it was only a short walk out to the beach. The building is well maintained and we were close to shopping, when trips were needed. I would definitely want to come back and stay. This was a great start to my summer.
