This unit boasts of first floor convenience and a wonderfully thought out floor plan with amazing natural lighting. It is located in the beautiful Cypress Woods Golf and Country Club loaded with full amenities.
This condo is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with 1 large walk-in closet, a flat screen T.V. and plenty of storage in the dresser and night tables. The adjoining master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double sinks. The Second bedroom has twin beds, full dresser for storage, a large closet and a flat screen T.V. The Second bathroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All towels and linens are included and there is a full size washer and dryer for added convenience. We have an open floor plan, featuring an eat in kitchen, countertop breakfast bar with stools and a spacious living room decorated with comfortable and stylish furniture, and a large LCD flat screen TV.
With transfer of golf membership, guests can enjoy an 18-hole, par 72 Gordon Lewis-designed golf course at very low member rates, and 10% discount on food at the country club. The 13,000 square foot clubhouse is beautiful, with lake views, and has a dining room, bar/lounge, and pro shop that is being completely renovated for 2013. Located nearby are a fitness center, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, hot tub, as well as swimming and lap pools. Plus our condo building has its own heated pool that is located within walking distance, 200 feet from the condo door! Reserved covered parking close to the condo entrance. Several other premium golf courses, including Heritage Bay are located within short distance of Cypress Woods. Our community is conveniently located directly across from Target, and many other shopping options. Grocery stores, including a Publix and Super Wal-Mart are conveniently located near Cypress Woods. There are several restaurants, bars and attractions such as waterparks and museums within 10 minutes of the condo. Downtown Naples and beaches are only minutes away, Third Street South, Fifth Avenue and Tin City areas are must see's, and features numerous fine restaurants in all price ranges. Marco Island is approx. a 20 min drive away.

Renting this condo was our first experience renting through VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. The condo was clean and ready for us and turned out to be exactly as it was described. The owners were very helpful and answered all of our questions prior to and during our stay. The location of this condo suited us very well. It is on a beautiful golf course, close to many gorgeous beaches, a stone's throw away from grocery stores, and, near all kinds of shopping malls and restaurants, movie theaters, other golf courses, etc. There's a wonderful club house on site with a good restaurant, lovely swimming pools, and a fitness center all within walking distance. We rented this condo for January 2013 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there - so much so that we hope to rent it for 3 months at the beginning of 2014!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
