  Overall, the unit was nice, great view of ocean and nature preserve area. You can walk right out to the beach and pool. Unit was very clean. Carpeted which was nice as opposed to the typical tile floors which are always very dirty in other condos. One thing to note is the location of unit which is near elevator, second bedroom window faces elevator. During spring break time-frame this proved to be a problem with the drunk spring breakers making noise, etc. Although, the spring break mayhem is not just contained to the condo areas. The Tops'l complex is fairly well taken care of. We have stayed at the Tides building too and the Beach Manor building units appear to be nicer, subjective opinion of course. Again, overall condo was nice, clean, and well take care of. Platinum Vacation/Services was very easy to work with, good service on their part.

  This condo was better than we expected. Very clean and all the furnishings were comfy. The view was simply amazing, the sunrise every morning was beautiful! Since there is a Eco preserve next to the unit, my husband and I loved the walks on the beach for the privacy. Our footprints in the sand were the only ones, like having your own private beach. We would highly recommend this location to anyone, plenty to do without going far. Great shopping and good variety of restaurants

  We had a 3 night stay at this condo and loved it. There is a million dollar view like no other we have seen on the beach. You feel like you are in a observation deck overlooking the wildlife preserve next door and you can see for miles down the beach. You can also see what is happening on the beach right in front of the building. The condo was very clean and up-to-date. The photos of the condo on this website are accurate, but it is even better in person. Shopping and restaurants are only a few minutes away, but because of the view you feel like you are getting away from it all. The outlet mall is less than 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this property for a great vacation.

  We just stayed at this property. It is beautifully decorated, with an awesome view of the beach and pool area. On a clear day we could see PCB! I went with my Husband and 4 teenagers. Although the boys did not have a room, the living room was spacious enough that they did not mind. The love seat was a pull out bed and the couch was comfy enough for a bed. We had access to Putt Putt, basket ball, tennis, the beach and several pools on the property. All you had to do is sign out whatever toys you wanted to play with. The unit had everything you need. It even has chairs, and umbrella, and beach toys to use. I would recommend this beautiful condo for anyone wanting a fantastic time at the beach!
