Our condo offers all the luxuries of home on two levels. Enter into the living/dining room with a vista of the Caribbean, enjoy cocktails on the deck off to the side. The kitchen has all you could want to make your vacation a real holiday. Have breakfast at the bar in the kitchen or at the dining table, or even better out on the deck to watch the cruise ships arrive.
Upstairs you'll find two king sized bedrooms each with separate and private bathrooms. One bedroom can be converted to twin beds and is a loft overlooking the living room. The other bedroom has another patio to enjoy the stars at night or coffee in the morning.
Everything is included to make your stay comfortable - beach chairs and towels, even a cooler for taking a picnic to the beach.

Year Purchased: 1988
About the owner: I currently live in southern Rhode Island and travel between here, St. Thomas, and England. We used to go to Bermuda until we discovered St. Thomas. The weather is fantastic and the water is walk-in warm! Renting a car is a lot safer than riding a moped, so St. Thomas became our choice destination, and it's so easy to visit the other nearby islands.
Why the Owner Chose Bolongo Bay:
My husband and I first traveled to St. Thomas in 1986 and fell in love with the island and all it had to offer. We had stayed in another Executive Unit and when one became available, we decided to buy in anticipation of retirement. Since retiring we have enjoyed winters in St. Thomas and think you will enjoy a stay here, too.

Regatta Point is so conveniently located on the island, just three miles from Havensite and the best shopping in the Caribbean and three miles to Red Hook where you can catch a ferry to any number of islands - don't forget to bring your passport!!
The condo itself also has an amazing location. Facing the Caribbean Ocean, the view is fabulous, and there are two patios to enjoy the sights. One of the three swimming pools is immediately outside the door, and a short walk takes you down to the beach or to any of three really fine restaurants. If you play tennis, there are two courts available just steps away.
Our onsite staff work hard to keep Regatta Point looking it's most beautiful and are always friendly and helpful.
