This is a beautiful condo, it has everything you need to make a vacation great (books, magazines, board games, movies, beach chairs and beach towels, etc.) I love the ground floor and steps away from the pool and game room (which my teenage daughters love). Great location close to everything but small enough the beaches are never crowded in front of condo. Once again a very memorable family vacation for our family. I definitely recommend this condo for a great vacation. Cathy is great to deal with!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia, grew up as a child going to Panama City Beach. My father loved deep sea fishing, as children we loved the beach and especially the miniature golf courses. So many wonderful memories at the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Mariner East:
The reason I purchased this property, it was a ground floor unit with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. I also like the fact that this is a family oriented complex.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
One unique feature of this unit, not having to deal with elevators, and walking out the patio straight to the pool.
