Spanish wells is a wonderfully friendly community, the golf course is in excellent condition and tee times are readily accessible. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The view is beautiful with a lovely view of the lake, sunrise and wildlife. The owners couldn't have been nicer, if something broke a handyman was called and immediately corrected the problem.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: We live in Ontario and wanted to have a place - and a (future) retirement home - somewhere warmer. After searching Southwest Florida from Clearwater to Naples for that perfect - for us! - place, we fell in love with Bonita Springs and Spanish Wells...
Why the Owner Chose Spanish Wells:
Bonita is a great place if you want to be close to all the amenities of an urban center, but out of the city crowd. Naples is just a short ride away, as is Ft. Myers.
Spanish Wells is all that we were looking for: beautifully maintained, established community, gated access with 24/7 guards on duty, vicinity of beaches, shopping and entertainment, major highway and airport.
Add to this an on-site golf course and tennis courts - and you have everything you need for a great vacation.
