The beach is steps away ready for you to come and relax with your friends and family. Once you set up for the day on the beach (umbrellas and chairs and beach toys provided), stroll back to the house for naps, food, what-have-you, and you can leave your belonging on the beach like it was your own backyard. The house is uniquely located so when you feel like venturing out for some of the many activities the Delaware Shore offers - tax-free shopping, fine dining, golfing, amusements, movie cinemas it is a short drive away, but you will want to be home in time to enjoy the stunning sunsets from the back porch over the Refuge!

After being displaced for the fourth month after the dreadful flooding of September 2011, I find myself thinking about your house on Primehook Reserve daily. I miss waking to step out on the back porch and over looking the nature reserve. I miss it's beauty, it's serene atmosphere and its gorgeous wildlife. The house is amazing, the location is outstanding and the hosts are lovely. I have discovered.... I *have* to go back.
