Beautifully furnished,1362 square foot Brookside Condo is situated on the first floor overlooking the Lake and the eighth tee of the Golf Course. Condo features a formal dining room, living room, eat in kitchen, and a peaceful screened in lanai over looking the lake and golf course. The unit is furnished with flat screen TV's, DVD, wireless internet, a washer, dryer and dishwasher.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and masterbath and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds and seperate bathroom. There is an additional storage locker that has chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the beach.
The Golf Course is a Premier 18 hole, par 72 Championship Course located adjacent to wild life preserves. There is a driving range, putting green, and Clubhouse with casual and fine dining.
Swimming pool,Tennis Courts and Bocci court within short distance. Also an Olympic Size Swimming pool and complete workout facilities are available adjacent to the Clubhouse. Many outdoor activities including a spectacular white sandy beach can be enjoyed in the Naples, Marco Island area.
