This is a luxurious, upscale, recently fully renovated, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath condo. You will be staying in a spacious Southwest facing corner unit on the 18th floor of the Avalon Building, with spectacular, panoramic ocean views. Both the Master bedroom and living room , have access to the oversized beach front corner balcony. One of the guest rooms has a private balcony overlooking Mobile Bay. The unit comfortably sleeps 6-8 people and provides a King Bed in the Master Bedroom and Guest room. There is also a Queen bed in the third bedroom. The living room offers a comfortable sofa bed.
This unit offers a new, clean and modern decor with 52' flat screen television in the living room, 42' flat screen in the master and second Guest bedroom. There is a 32' flat screen television in the 3rd bedroom. Countertops are granite throughout!
Guests at The Beach Club enjoy access to an endless array of leisure activities and resort amenities. The facilities include five outdoor swimming pools, poolside cabanas, an indoor heated pool, numerous hot tubs, eight lighted Rubico clay tennis courts, full service Serena del Sol spa, beach and water sports, fitness center, children game room, playground, ice cream shop, beach boutique and a variety of dining options.
Adults and Families only! We will remove groups without Adult supervision onsite and do not issue refund in this case. This unit is non smoking.

We found the unit to be as advertised if not better! The decor, housekeeping, kitchen equipment and amenities were all in working and excellent condition. The unit's floors, walls and furnishings were all well maintained, clean and in good repair. Also, the beds were very comfortable. Our group consisted of five adults all of whom would highly recommend this condo unit for rental consideration. We would and will rent this unit again in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.
