  We loved it! Convenient, clean, nicely equipped...very much like home. Located in a residential neighborhood. It was a perfect starting point for day trips to both Orlando Parks (1 hour drive) and Cocoa Beach (10 min drive). You do want to have a car. Great place to hang out and relax at the pool after a long day and for the "slower days" in between. Owners are great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

  The house is awesome. Great location! Wonderful family vacation with all the comforts of home. We hope to stay again in the future. Just perfect!

  This house is beautiful!!!! It was felt great to start the day in the enclosed porch with a cup of coffee and ending the same way. Its very relaxing!!! The owners are great to work with. They made sure the house is supplied with everything that is need. This was going to be a mini-vaction, turned out to be a week and a half vacation. We HIGHLY recommend this house!!!!

  very pretty and clean house.....rented it not knowing the hurricane sandy was going to hit.....the owner was gracious enough to return our money for one day that we could not stay......would definately rent the home again!

  Great property! Nice quiet neighborhood, 3 minutes from wal-mart, 2 minutes to great fishing under the bridge at the park by Miss Apples crab shack-which is great, went fishing in the morning and had dolphins 3 ft. from us, sharks, caught sea-cat, trout, sting ray, tons of other fish. Parked at Ron Jon's surf shop for free and spent the day at cocoa beach, which has lifeguards. Very clean house, we loved the pool and patio. Would definately use again.

  We booked this property on July 2 for the end of the month to stay for 2 weeks through to near the middle of August. We paid in full at the time of booking. Per the contract, since our stay was less than 60 days away, our payment was non-refundable. When we had a situation arise on our end the next day which was going to prohibit us from utilizing the rental, I contacted the owners and they promptly assured that we would be refunded. They were very understanding and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this home just for the pure fact that the owners are honest and easy to work with. They have responded promptly to all my inquiries and were willing to work with us as dog owners as well (which is pretty hard to come by when you have a couple of boxers!). I hope to be able to utilize this vacation rental in the future on many occasions, and will send my out of town friends and family here as well.

  2 word; LOVE IT. I was there in April for a week. The pool is private, the area is quite and calm. Highly recommend this home!!! The owner of this property are very honest and easy to work with. Looking forward to go back!!
