One of the nicest units at the Rockies, this quiet top floor unit, with a nice view off the balcony, was remodeled in 2011. With approximately 1,000 square feet of living space, there's plenty of room to relax after an exciting day exploring Steamboat. When you come 'home', a cozy gas fireplace awaits, as well as three LCD TVs for your enjoyment.
The living room, upstairs bedroom, and loft have vaulted beamed ceilings. There are queen beds in the master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom, and there are two full bathrooms. The roomy loft includes a pull-out sofa for two additional adults or children (six total occupants).
A ski locker is located just outside the front door of the unit. Also just steps away are the heated pool and two hot tubs. The free shuttle is close by and will take you to Gondola Square as well as additional shopping and dining in town. Simple checkin process! Details will be provided prior to arrival.
Please, no smoking or pets. Individuals 23 years of age or younger, unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians, are not allowed in this privately owned unit.
Membership at Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club allows our guests to enjoy privileges and golfing rates not available to anyone except members. Ask for details.

Had a wonderful time this summer in this unit. Quiet at night and fantastic location, we could walk to ski time square and also took the shuttle bus downtown. Kids loved the pool/hot tub area. Hot air ballooning was so fun! We'll be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
