Photo 1 - The Summit, FL - Florida Condominium in Panama City Beach This condominium is located on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida. It is at The Summit on Thomas Drive right next to Spinnaker's and the world's largest beach club, "Club La Vela." You will find yourself within walking distance of restaurants, amusement parks, golf courses, and more. Grills are provided on site if you enjoy cooking out. There is also a TIKI bar in the pool area which is close to the beach so you can get a cool drink any time without leaving the property. Our condominium is on the eighth floor and has a spectacular view of the beach and the pools. It is a one bedroom with a king size bed. It also has bunk beds and a queen-size sofa bed so you can accommodate up to six people comfortably.

Early Spring..................April 21- May 17............$ 550/week
Summer........................May 19 - Aug. 7.............$ 995/week

Prices do not include a one time $75 cleaning fee and 10.5% tax.
DEPOSIT for Spring Break is $400; All other times is $150.
$15 Registration Fee on arrival for parking & arm bands. $35 for spr. brk
