Situated on the community of Silver Creek in Clermont, located on US Highway 27, One mile from US Highway 192, our new 5BR/3BA home with all new furniture is just 10 min drive to Disney Main gate with super-sized private swimming pool, hot spa and the safety fence, game room, 5 stars recommended from previous renters, closed to grocery store and super Wal-Mart center. The screened lanai with private-facing pool, spa surrounded by mature trees in the backyard and electronic grill BBQ are a great place to unwind at the end of a busy day.
Our home was custom decorated by the owners. Furnished to a high standard, it features five bedrooms with double master suites, 1 king bed, 2 Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed and 1 Baby Crib. All bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find extra linen, blankets, and towels in the hallway closet. Laundry facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility area at the back of the garage. Baby Equipment is available at no extra charge.
The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge/freezer with ice-maker, range cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker and dishwasher.
The 192 is only minutes by car where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars, plus more supermarkets, gift shops, electrical shops etc. We have a professional and dedicated manager who strives to make our home a comfortable and affordable alternative for your Walt Disney World vacation.
Our home is 2 min drive to Winn-Dixie grocery store, 3 min to supper Wal-Mart center and 5 min to local fitness center or gym.

A super Walmart is only a little further down the road. We thoroughly enjoyed using the house and on our last night we were visited by an osprey. The kids loved it.
