this is an awesome golf home. The view of Seville Golf Club is 2nd to none .... and if that were all there were about this home - it would be enough... however, there are also great views of the mounatains from the back door, a heated swimming pool, a view of the lake on the 15th hole ... and - so much more.
The Seville neighborhood and community is second to none ! Quiet, secure, friendly. A great place to take a walk, enjoy the sun, or do virtually anything outdoors.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The gas heated pool is a wonderful add on. The baby guard fence that can be put up or taken down - for families with children that like to feel secure when they are not outside with their younger ones - is an incredibly nice option - and one most mothers will appreciate.
All and all - a great home, great views, relaxing pool, and wonderful experience in the Valley.
