This is a 55 or over complex with a one month minimum rental, four (4) occupants maximum, and with no children under eighteen (18) years of age permitted. No smoking or pets are allowed. Condominium located on the first floor has two bedrooms, two full baths and a screened in lanai. Heated swimming pool, hot tub, and clubhouse are located just across the courtyard/gardens from the Condo. Manasota Beach is approximately a five minute walk from Condo. Washer and dryer are located inside the unit. There is one assigned parking space and additional visitor parking is available. Pick-up trucks with commercial lettering, trailers, RV's, and motorcycles are not allowed.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation thanks to renting this beautiful condo. It really is a short walk to the beach. The pool and the grounds were always immaculate. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The place was stocked with everything you need for housekeeping. Very, very nice . Our only complaint is that the pool gate was locked from dusk (7:30pm) until 10am and no babies were allowed. No big deal :-)
