Newly redecorated unit with all the fine finishing touches. Unit is set up for the ultimate in comfort and entertaining for you, your guest, and your family but also affords the privacy and quietness of being a top floor end unit.
Pictures show the finest in kitchen, living, and bedroom accommodations. Extra large Master Bedroom with oversized Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and with his and hers closets. A guest bedroom could be considered a second master bedroom. Sorry but unit is not available for rent to anyone less than 25 years of age.
Boat slip is 13 feet wide and lift will handle up to 20,000 pounds.
The views from the two balconies are the best views of the Destin sunrise and sunsets. The area of the beach 100 yards east of the building is the Blue Lagoon with gentle sloping sand beach and crystal clear water for swimming and scuba or snorkelling. The beach area in front of the building is overlooking the pass and jettys into the Destin harbor.
The building is 3 buildings from the end of Gulf Shores Drive which puts it at the least traveled end of the Isle. Note a free shuttle is available to access Destin restaurants and night life from the front gate of the building. Security code required to enter the gate, the building, and the unit. The best of the best is waiting to provide you with the finest vacation place for you and your family.

VRBO Bear stayed here - 05/22/2005 Holiday Isle is a beautiful three-mile long island located in Destin, Florida. This coastal paradise is home to upscale residences and resorts, gorgeous landscaping and paths, perfect for that morning jog or bike ride. The famous, white sand beaches and crystal clear blue waters of this Gulf coast isle are complimented by this luxury condo located in the Waterview Towers. This penthouse unit is nothing short of spectacular with it’s designer furnishings, awesome views and abundant amenities. Upon entrance, you are greeted with a spacious living area for dining, relaxation and entertainment. Floor to ceiling windows line the length of the room which provide unobstructed views of the Destin Harbor. The three large bedrooms, all with lavish linens, can comfortably sleep six to eight.
The master suite has a king-sized, cherry wood bed, large armoire with television, a writing desk, mirrored dresser and private balcony. Its in-suite bathroom has a large, jetted tub surrounded by mirrors, a roomy tiled shower with seating area, and a double sink vanity. At the opposite end of the unit, are the second and third bedrooms, adjoined by a "Jack and Jill” bathroom, equipped with a dual vanity and tiled shower. The second bedroom is decorated in a West Indies theme, accented with palm trees and dark wood. This room has a queen- sized bed, with a reading area and a sliding door to access the large balcony. The third bedroom is decorated in a nautical theme with navy blue, red and a natural wicker queen size bed. It hosts a huge wall unit with glass doors and shelves which houses a television and a large safe for your valuables.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and small appliances (coffee grinder & maker, toaster & blender). The kitchen is also equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave and a breakfast bar with bar stools. All of the countertops are a beautiful granite and cabinets are a modern natural wood. In the dining area is a marble top table with 4 wood backed chairs. The living area is outfitted with a large cushioned couch and two very comfortable over-sized chairs with ottomans. For your entertainment, is an armoire with a large, flat- screened television and a bar area, with icemaker, wine cooler and sink. An additional half bath is located near the entrance for your convenience. Outside on the balcony are two, glass-topped tables, chairs and loungers to enjoy warm, relaxing evenings or your morning cup of coffee. The views are spectacular and I could have spent hours, just watching the boats go by (Destin is the sport fishing capital of the nation). By far this unit is one of the most beautiful I’ve stayed in yet and I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the Destin area.
