Exmouth lies at the mouth of the River Exe and has two miles of golden sands for you to explore. A nature reserve spreads across a large part of the estuary, and is home to many birds and other wildlife. It is also at the start of the Jurassic Coast Heritage Path, a coastal and cliff-top walk that takes you all the way to Lyme Regis. A short ferry ride will take you to Starcross and Dawlish where you can walk to Powderham Castle and waterside pubs.
The town centre has a wide variety of shops and an indoor market. There are a number of parks in and around the town. There are numerous sporting activities you can enjoy during your stay. Water sports including windsurfing, kite surfing, jet ski, wake boarding and water skiing to name a few!
Exmouth has a railway station, and a short ride will take you to the city of Exeter with its many attraction. Next to the station is Exmouth Sports Centre with two heated swimming pools and a variety of sports. The town also has a cinema.

About the owner: We are nearly retired (!) and live in Taunton. We wanted to buy a holiday home to enjoy with our family, who are grown and having children of their own. Over the years we have taken a lot of self catering holidays all over Britain, so with Sunnydeck we have tried to include, and provide, all the good aspects of our travel experiences. Why the Owner Chose East Budleigh: The reason we chose Exmouth for our holiday home is the wonderful sandy beach, estuary and all the local amenities with the train and bus station only 5 minutes walk away. There is always plenty to see and do what ever the time of year. We chose this apartment because it is spacious but cosy, close to everything and has parking!
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: We chose this apartment because it is spacious but still cosy. The decked area at the back is just perfect to enjoy a relaxing glass of wine and the sunshine. The location is ideal for beach, town and generally exploring. The bus and train station are a five minute walk away making this ideal for visitors without a car. Wi-Fi is now available at Sunnydeck.
