Watching a splendid sunrise is our favorite past time at the very best beach on the East Coast! Spectacular views abound from the dining room, kitchen, living room, and over-sized balcony. This 3rd floor condo is a spacious, 1460 square feet, and is fully furnished. The 214 square foot balcony is perfect for dolphin, pelican, or people watching. Ideally located - Flagler Avenue is a 30 minute beach walk north and Chase's On The Beach is about 20 minutes south.
The condo is recently refurbished with new carpeting, window treatments, and bathroom vanities. The kitchen is newly remodeled, light and airy, and has a relaxing view of the ocean. It is fully-equipped with cooking utensils plus an ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, and a Culligan drinking water system. The condo has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom has twin beds that offer the flexibility of a king when combined. It includes a walk-in closet and its own master bath with two sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and separate access to the second bath. The living room has a comfortable double sleeper sofa. Cable TV is available in the living room and both bedrooms. Two of the three flat screen TVs include DVD players. High definition flat screen TV is in living room. The condo is equipped with broadband cable and wireless internet. Linens and towels are provided, as well as beach chairs and boogie boards. Preference given to monthly rentals.

We think this is the greatest beach in the USA. New Smyrna Beach is a relatively inexpensive town close enough to Orlando to enjoy theme parks and other activities if you want to.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love the Beach view and wonderful access our condo provides. Flagler Ave. shops are an easy beach stroll from our condo, as well.

Very nice condo, nicely furnished, clean, well-maintained, comfortable, relaxing and had everything we needed for our stay plus some extras. Listing description was accurate. Would stay there again if we visit NSB again and would recommend this property to others.

The title says it all. This property really does have it all even toothpics on the kitchen counter in a cute little frogs mouth! I have been coming to New Symrna Beach for over 14 years. I had my first date with my husband on this beach and we were married here. So we have stayed many places at NSB over the years and none compare to our stay at Seafire. We live in Orlando and no other beach comes close to the feeling of a quiet beach town with the no tourist feel. The owners were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to my inquiry about the availability of their property. I had made many inquires on the VRBO website. Many owners never responded and some took a long time to get back to me. The reservation process went through very smoothly. The communication was impeccable. Everything they conveyed to us was exactly what was present when we got there. The place was extremely clean and very organized...I'm not even going to get into the kitchen, let's just say I don't have a kitchen stocked anywhere near what they have there. You will not have any other needs while you are staying there that cannot be met by the amenities this home has to offer. The view from our balcony was relaxing and my daughter loved having the the pool after being at the ocean all day, which by the way was also very clean and well maintained. We celebrated my husbands 40th birthday here and the memories made here he will never forget. This is the place to stay in when visiting our best kept secret beach in central florida. We hope to return in the future! P.S. We had a rainbow over the ocean the last day of our stay there....the perfect ending..

We had a great vacation in the New Smyrna Beach area this condo was great, quite , great location, very well equiped. The only thing i missed was having a grill to cook on. The owners were super nice and a pleasure to work with. We will be coming back to stay next year if not sooner.

Dear Chris, It was so good to hear from you. Your condo is so lovely. When we arrived, the key was under the mat and all was as you described. The condo was more spacious than the photos showed and was a delight in every regard. The kitchen was great and the deck was spacious for both sun and shade. We left things very clean, towels washed but sheets not. Repalced TP and Paper towel. Swept but not vaccumned. Beadh chairs washed prior to replacing in closet and conscious of keeping AC use conservative. It was everything that was pleasant and was a great venue to gather and share a relaxed family time. Thank you for your graciousness in all aspects of making this possible.

My family and I stayed here in July 2007. The condo was very nice and very clean and had everything you could ever need. We loved the location on the beach which was very serene and relaxing. We also loved seeing the passing dolphins. The oversized balcony was great!!! The pool was also very nice and clean. The privacy afforded to us was unreal, as most of the owners live nearby and only stay weekends. The owner of this unit was very personable and made it very easy for us to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this property for an enjoyable, relaxing, and quiet vacation.
