Beautiful three bedroom, two and a half bathroom air-conditioned villa located in a quiet part of Rotonda West. Near shops, restaurants, golf courses and beaches. The nearest golf course is an easy walk. South facing lanai and pool so you get the best of the sun all day. Solar heated pool.
The Villa sleeps six people with a master suite and two other bedrooms. The sleeping accommodation includes one queen-size bed, one double bed and one bedroom with twin single beds. Hardwood floors are in all living areas and carpet in all bedrooms. The master suite bathroom has a large jacuzzi bath and a walk-in shower. There is a good size guest bathroom, and a poolside bathroom.
Living area opens to the solar heated pool and spa which overlook the river in a tranquil setting. Master bedroom and kitchen nook also open to pool area. Sun loungers are included on pool deck, to help you soak up the Florida sunshine! As a safety feature the pool has a safety net that can be placed around it if young children are in the guest party.
Outside eating in the lanai is a joy in the warm weather - we have a large oval table and six cushioned chairs. If you want inside formal dining we have a fine polished wood table and six chairs in a special section of the great room.

- You can start your booking on any day of the week, and the villa is suitable for children - there are some toys and games available. 2 x Satellite TVs, well equipped kitchen (includes teapot, cafetaire and electric coffee maker egg cups and grapefruit knife - of special interest to European guests), toaster, standard & electric kettles, Juicer, Refrigerator/Freezer/Ice Maker, good range of Cooking Utensils, Solar heated private Pool with Hot Tub, Hot tub has optional additional electric heat usually only needed in the coolest periods, BBQ & Garage with automatic door, villa has several games like Scrabble & Monopoly, there are pool toys, 4 fishing rods + a keep-net, two bikes, some beach chairs and 3 sun umbrellas and 2 cool-boxes for the beach. There is a "No Smoking" rule inside the villa. A baby cot or crib and high chair can be hired via our management company.

- Golf - a choice of several golf courses are all in easy driving distance, River & Sea Fishing, Scuba diving from Port Charlotte, boat hire nearby both for sightseeing and for fishing, Nature Trails, a local Environmental Centre with children's educational meetings from time to time, Wildlife Viewing - great bird life here and photograpic opportunities, National / State Parks, Horse Riding, Historic Houses and grounds (Ringling House and Arts Center at Sarasota, Edison & Ford counrty homes at Fort Myers), Those who like exercise should find it safe to walk, jog or bike around Rotonda, Stumps Pass Beach to the left of Englewood's beaches is also very good for walkers. Arcadia hosts rodeo events several times in the year and is about an hours drive away. Myakka State park is also worth visiting

Most things our guests want are within an easy drive and the area is one you can relax in easily. I notice that drivers here are generally well mannered and observe the speed limits which can help you have a stress-free holiday.
Enjoy views of the river from your chair or sun lounger. this is a pretty & tranquil location. Good for wildlife viewing, perfect for BBQs.
This is a wonderful old style village, nice restaurants, a wonderful beach and a remarkable lighthouse museum at the end of the point. well worth visiting.
Locate Murdock Circle and the shopping Mall there. It is good. Nearby are several restaurants such as Outback Steak, Olive garden, Red Lobster & Applebees, We Like the Olive Garden - very good service.

Having been to many villas in Florida and previously to some in Englewood,I have no hesitation in saying that this is a first rate villa in an excellent position,and with all the facilities one could want. Try it!
Recommended for:People with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our time in your villa. The kids had a blast in the pool and everyone liked the setting by the canal with all the wildlife. Your villa is very well equipped and it was very clean and homy, a beautiful place! We would very much like to come back in the future and have another vacation at your place.

Thank you so much for allowing us to borrow your well equiped and lovely home........ We enjoyed the bikes and the fishing rods and we left an extra rod for you. We caught a three pound bass! All our previous visits to Florida have never been as relaxing and enjoyable......."Ali" and his mates visited constantly plus hoards of other wildlife. We will be taking our grandson next time.

All our Guests are most welcome to our villa. The scenery and wildlife viewing are readily available throughout Rotonda. The first time we came to this part of the Florida Gulf Coast this was the most attractive feature. In August 2005 one of our guests wrote, "I just wanted to let you know that of all the villas we have rented in Florida none were as well equipped or appointed as yours. It was great to have comfortable sun loungers by the pool which took all of the hard work out of laying in the sun! The beach umbrella and chairs were also much appreciated. Unlike Orlando, we were not overlooked by any other property and it all added to a much more relaxed feel to the holiday. It's just about as far removed from the theme parks as you could wish to be". Enjoy.
