The emerald waters, pristine white beaches, & the elegance of this beautifully furnished three-story home in the exclusive gated community of Destiny by the sea. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in Destin on Scenic Highway 98 between Sandestin, & East Pass (close to Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall, & The Destin Commons).
Destiny by the sea offers 3 Heated pools, 2 Hot tubs, Tennis courts, Fitness center, children’s Playground, & a Private beach. This beautiful home is located directly next to the Gulf of Mexico & One of Destiny by the sea's 3 Heated pools, & Hot tubs.
The first floor features a foyer connecting to 3 bedrooms, & 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, Day-bed, Baby crib, large walk in closet, TV, & DVD player. The private full bath has a tub, & shower. The large recreation room has 2 Queen-size beds, Sleeper-sofa, & Love-seat, along with a wet-bar, refrigerator, microwave, TV, & DVD player. This is a great place for the kids to hang out. The second bedroom has a TV, Queen-size bed, & Twin-bed. The recreation room, & Second bedroom share a full bath, with a large free-standing shower, & a double vanity.
The second floor contains a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, breakfast bar, laundry room, half bath, & gourmet kitchen, that is fully-equipped with a ice maker, Gas cook top oven, Microwave, & spacious refrigerator. The living area has a Stereo, TV, VCR, & DVD player.
The third floor offers a luxurious master suite with a King-size number bed, gas fireplace, private sitting area with Queen-size sleeper sofa, TV, & DVD player. The master bath has a jetted Jacuzzi tub, large free-standing glass enclosed shower, bidet, & a double vanity. Both the second, & third floor balconies are furnished with tables, chairs, recliners, & offer views of the Destiny by the sea heated pool.
