Native born Californian. Grew up in Westminster, hung out in Huntington Beach.
Love the river and decided to buy a home in Lake Havasu. I get out there when its not rented and love every minute of it. Lake is wonderful for boating, fishing, and just kickiing back and relaxing. Great off-roading in the winter time.

We had a great time at the house, clean and up to date furnishings. The pool worked well at night to hang out by when our 2 year old went to bed. We will be back.
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We have just rented this house for the third year in a row. We love the location, only about a 15 minute drive to the Havasu Marina launch ramp. The home has a very nice decor with a big screen TV and a beautiful pool and waterfall. It has a deep garage which easily accomodates my 22 ft. boat and trailer. The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and accomodates my family and guests. We have found the kitchen to have all of the items we need to cook great meals and the BBQ near the pool is also nice. Once you stay in a house like this for your vacation, you will never want to stay in a hotel room again. I highly recommend this home. The rental process couldn't be easier and Linda, the owner, is very responsive and accomodating.
