Luxury detached house set in quiet residential area amongst beautiful conservation woodland. Close to Disney and Florida's attractions. Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master suite has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with Roman Tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 x twin beds. All bedrooms have large walk-in wardrobes. There are 2 living room, separate dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Fully screened large heated pool (30' x 15') overlooking conservation land with no rear neighbours. Large covered patio area with table, chairs, sun loungers, gas BBQ and ceiling fans to keep you cool. FREE internet with Wi-Fi. Dish Network television. Big flat screen 46' LED television in the family room plus flat screen television in the Master Bedroom.

With 2 teenagers in the family we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful big home very much. It is nicely decorated, good kitchen, big tv-screen with DVD-player and satelite. Towels available, bed linen as well. Good air condition. Nicely situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Peace and privacy guaranteed. The swimming pool is great, with spacious patio with chairs and tables. Even outside fans! You'll definitely sit in the shade. The alarm system gave us a safe feeling when we left the house. In the direct surroundings several shops, gas station and medical center. This house made our holiday the best ever! If we ever go to Florida again, we'll definitely would like to stay here again. We stayed at this holiday home for two weeks in June and it was perfect for us. We spent most of our time on the deck and around and in the warm, solar heated pool, reading and relaxing. The pool area is not overlooked and backs on to a conservation area meaning occasional visits from racoons, Florida Sandhill cranes, hummingbirds, turkeys and even an armadillo! As it's completely flyscreened, we weren't bothered by mosquitoes or other bugs at any time. The fully equipped property provides a reliable broadband connection and with our laptop we were able to find out about local amenities, as well as those further afield including the Kennedy Space Center, which was just over an hour away. We also made calls home using Skype. One kitchen feature we made a lot of use of was the crushed ice dispenser, which was great for cold drinks during the day and a G&T in the evening! We were conveniently located for the hub of Orlando, International Drive, which was about 30 minutes away. Several local supermarkets kept us supplied with provisions, including those needed for the several BBQs we had - try the porterhouse steaks for size!! In short, a great location for anyone looking for peace and privacy, yet with easy access to the Orlando Theme Park and Shopping Experience!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
