Our Large, Bright, Cheerful two story Condo is located in the famous Arnold Palmer section of PGA WEST, 24 hr. guard/gated.

"The Western Home of Golf in America." The nearby Santa Rosa Mountains will mesmerize you with their beauty, especially at night when they are bathed with flood lights, which you can see from our condo. I'm certain few places in the world offer anything like this nighttime spectacle.
A gorgeous multi-level lake with waterfalls, palm trees and spectacular pool and spa areas awaits you.
From your second story back master bedroom you can sit and relax on the balcony and enjoy the serene lakeview setting below, with palm trees and mountains in the background.
From the front master bedroom the mountain view is incredible during the day, and at night when they are lit up. PGA WEST is about golf and relaxation. It's about restoring you to a happy and relaxed feeling of well being! Also, there is great shopping, restaurants, sightseeing and many other things to do. Our condo is about enjoyment and tranquility.
The back patio is beautiful with the lake making a very restful setting, and the waterfall adding a wonderful serenity to the area.
The Golf Course is all around you, but you won't be bothered with golfers walking in front of you all the time since we're by the lake.
Many new amenities, including a brand new air conditioning system. Unit is very clean. It will feel like a second home, not a vacation rental.

Spent entire month os March, 2009 at this condo. It provided us with everything we woould want; comfort, ambiance, location. We had a number of guests visit, and they were impressed.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your lovely condo. I spent 3 weeks here while looking for a place to purchase in the area and it truly was a home away from home, not lacking a thing.

Hi, I am the owner, and wish to let you know that every renter who has stayed here has enjoyed my condo very much, every renter says they would like to come back. Also, that the pictures do not do justice, it is much nicer in person. The condo really is a home away from home. I have made this like a second home, not just a vacation rental!!
