This is a good-sized (1800-square-foot) condominium featuring 2 KING suites. We are located on the third fairway of the famous Dunes Course of the La Quinta Resort and Club. The Views here are Incredible!
This small community of private homes and higher-end condominiums is inside the gates of Duna La Quinta, one of the nicest, private communities in the area.
You have your own two-car garage, access to all three pools and spas which are all walking distance away. New Stainless Steel Gas BBQ, lounge chairs, and outside dining with incredible views of the fairway and nearby mountains.
This is an END unit, with no one on top or bottom of you. It's very quiet here.

I chose this area due its incredible views, and very quite neighborhood. You are surrounded by mountains here, so there is very little wind.

* Master suite two is located off the living room and has great views of mountains, one king-size bed, TV/Cable, and private 3/4 bathroom.
500 thread count sheets, extra thick pillow top mattress in Suite #1. 100% down feather bed mattress in Suite #2. It's really comfy here. Very clean!
There is a good-sized living room with dining area, gas fireplace, and 32-inch digital cable TV/DVD with HBO and DVD movies.
One of three community pools and spas is a short walk away. There is a large private two-car garage w/remote, your own private washer/dryer, and plenty of guest parking for your visitors.
Golf privileges on The Mountain Course and The Dunes Course are included. Golf fee's are not included and can be arranged thru the La Quinta Hotel.
This is a great place to play golf, or just kick back and enjoy the views. Everything here is all brand new, including all furnishings, appliances, and brand new king beds, all tastefully done in a neutral Tuscan decor. Over $30,000 in new furnishings await you. You will not be disappointed. You will not find a cleaner home.
If you are seeking more, there is the La Quinta Resort, which is literally one minute away with a tennis club, spa, shops, dining, and the mountain golf course. Old town La Quinta is 1/2 a mile away featuring shops, restaurants, and live entertainment.
There is world-class shopping and dining within a few-minutes drive and, of course, all the best golf courses are nearby, including PGA west which is about five minutes down Washington street.
