Our NON-SMOKING, NO PETS Plantation Resort condominium is a two-bedroom, two-bath, beautifully decorated, vacation getaway. With a GORGEOUS VIEW OF THE GULF AND BEACH, pools, tennis court, and even the putting green, you can relax on the balcony with your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the Gulf! You can even sunbathe right on our balcony! WHAT A GREAT VACATION PLACE!!
There is a Queen Bed in the master, a Full Bed w/Twin on Top in the 2nd bedroom, and a Queen sofa-sleeper in living area. There are 3 TVs, DVDs & Cable in All Rooms. Now: In condo FREE wireless internet.
Gulf Shores Plantation Resort is a gated 24-security, vacation community offering private, sugar-white, over 2000 ft.beach frontage, natural sand dunes and beautiful landscaping. FREE Activities available to all ages and perfect for family getaways include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, six outdoor pools, hot tubs, and INDOOR HEATED POOL, sauna and steam room. AND we have a NEW INTERNET CAFE WITH STARBUCKS and a NEW SPA AND FITNESS CENTER in this building!
This resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course and just down the street from The Peninsula golf course. Perfectly situated, the Plantation is just 13 miles away from lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-developed, crowded beaches of the strip.
Driving Directions to Gulf Shores Plantation:
* From I-65 or I-10 exit onto Highway 59 South (Gulf Shores Parkway). Follow Highway 59 South through Foley and over the Dr. Holmes Bridge into Gulf Shores. At the fourth traffic light, turn right onto Highway 180 West (Fort Morgan Road). Travel 13 miles, and you will find the entrance to Gulf Shores Plantation on your left.
* From Highway 182 (the beach Highway in Gulf Shores) turn North on Highway 59. Go to the intersection of Highway 59 and Highway 180 (Fort Morgan Road) and turn left. Travel 13 miles and you will find the entrance to Gulf Shores Plantation on your left.
* Or, take the Dauphin Island Ferry across Mobile Bay and follow Highway 180 East for eight miles to the entrance of the resort.

This Plantation Resort is the best place for families/kids/parents/couples too. Our family has always had a great time here so we decided to buy a condo to enjoy all the time. My husband and i hope to retire near that area!! Come on down.....
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
6 Outdoor pools and an indoor heated pool right on the beach cannot be beat! The kids play tennis and basketball all day while cooling off in the water and usually don't even want to go to town!

...with the major bonus of the beautiful, fun and relaxing gulf. Sherry, the owner of the property is the greatest. We have called on her for the past 4 or 5 years for our vacation spots. She is professional and friendly. She really cares about her renters. The condo is perfect. All of the rooms have windows (excluding bathrooms) and all of the windows have a beautiful view. There are many pools and other amenities to keep your family busy. Don't forget to simply chill out on the beautiful beaches.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Sherry, thank you so much for opening your condo for my husband and I to vacation. We have been married 6 years and this was our first full week vacation together! Looks like we'r the first to sign in 2009! These accommodations worked out just great for us and the kids. We truly enjoyed the viw and being able to just walk out the back door by Connections and down the boardwalk to the beach. We appreciated the indoor pool on rainy days and the hot tubs outdoors. Thanks so much for the use of your awesome condo! Our family had an amazing time! There was lots of fireworks on the beach. God Bless America! The kids caught some nice sized crabs right on the beach - what a great memory for them. The toys and beach supplies helped us truly enjoy the beach. We saw 2 dolphins while we were in the water - too cool! There was lots of good eating down here too - Lamberts by far was the most entertaining. Oh and the kids can now show the "northerners" by us how to Boogie Board" on Lake Michigan :-)" DeKalb, IL

Thank you so much for such a wonderful condo. It is perfect for our famiy of four. We all enjoyed the great views of the Gulf and the gorgeous pools. We were even fortunate enough to see the dolphins swimming one night. We spent our days basking in the sun by the pool. It was a wonderful "getaway" vacation after such a horrible Wisconsin winter.

Dear Sherry, We had a fabulous week. We came with 5 other families. Everyne had a condo in the Dunes Building. The kids had a blast running from room to room. The adults took turns hosting gatherings in the eve. Your condo suited us so well. All 3 kids stayed in the 2nd bedroom. It was a mess but they all had a bed! What a great place to make memories. Our trip will go down in all our minds as a huge success - filled with sunshine, laughs, lots of shrimp and happy families. Thanks for sharing your pad with us.
