Located in the foothills of Pikes Peak on a half acre, this getaway is surrounded by towering pines and offers a panoramic mountain view. Right out the door you'll find hundreds of miles of hiking trails to explore.

You'll feel worlds away, yet it's just a five minute drive to historic downtown Manitou Springs and fifteen minutes to Colorado Springs. Both towns offer plenty of shopping, restaurants, and great tourist attractions. Visit the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Royal Gorge, Buckskin Joe Frontier Town, Santa's Workshop/North Pole, or the United States Air Force Academy.

Drive to the top of Pikes Peak or go gambling in Cripple Creek which is only 45 minutes away. Colorado's five major ski resorts are within a two hour drive. Reservations are confirmed with a $200 deposit, refundable if cancellations
are given 30 days in advance of arrival date. For cancellations less than
30 days prior to arrival the security deposit is nonrefundable. We make
every effort to rebook the home and will refund your total security deposit
if we are able to do so for your reserved time.
