This top-floor unit is in very good condition, with balcony views looking down miles of Costa Azul white sand beach. Your spacious condominium features an open floor plan, including bath with skylight, separate bedroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Extra attention has been paid to the art and décor in this unit. Bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are all provided. Our cleaning service will ensure the unit is sparkling clean when you arrive.
Mira Vista is approximately 15 minutes from the airport, and has a few excellent dining options within walking distance of the complex. The charming city of San Jose Del Cabo is close by. The lively Cabo San Lucas is easily accessible by car or bus - the bus stops just outside of the complex. A 30-minute drive up the east-cape offers you a multitude of deserted beaches and coves to explore. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, surfing, scuba/snorkeling, fishing, kayaking, or golfing without having to look far.

We had a great time at Mira Vista. Mike, the owner, is very helpful with tons of info about the area and your interests. The condo unit is clean with new stove and microwave and has a great view of Costa Azul beach. Between the lush palms, you can see whales and the sunrise as well as numerous birds including hummingbirds. Bring your binoculars. The bathroom is clean and neat with recent renovations. We had no interest in phone, radio, nor TV. The beach is right there too. Walks are best along this beach and its crashing surf. Walking along the nearby highway, however, is a bit nerve-wracking as a sidewalk isn't always available there. We were able to walk to the Mega supermarket to get the few supplies we needed during our stay. Bus stop is just outside the gate. Taxis will take you downtown San Jose for $5 usd or 50 pesos. Mind you, that amount seems to go up after dark. One of the best restaurants in the Cabo area, Deckman's, is directly across the street. We ended up there for two dinners in our week there. Surfers will find the area ideal too. Nearby, there's Costa Azul Extreme Canopy tours during which we enjoyed 2 suspension bridges, 7 zip lines and a 180 ft rappel. We used the place for a base for seeing the area and it worked perfectly for this. We thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation to Mexico. Thank you.

Everything was fine except for bedding and pillows. Also shower rod needs replacing so water will not go on the floor. BBQ is needed. We were only able to get about three tv stations. Ceiling fans need to be replaced. A floor lamp is required for reading. A new bathroom faucet is needed. Views are lovely here, both the pool and ocean/sea.
Owner response:Thanks for the feedback. The mattress, bedding and towels were all new in 2010 shipped down from the United States and are all of high quality and in good condition. Now have a brand new comforter fall of 2011. I have not had previous complaint about the bedding. One of the two ceiling fans were replaced with a new one about 2 years ago and the other is still in good working condition and decent looking. All showers at Mira Vista have a very open design and short shower rods, matter of personal preference as to whether you like the open design or not. There was a problem with the satellite receiver, I took it back to the US for re-programming and it is working perfectly now. My property manager fixed the leak in the bathroom faucet.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.

Everything was ok except the bedding and pillows which need to be replaced. Also the rod in the shower needs to be made to fit the entire wall so that water does not go on the floor.
