Only six houses from the river. This two bedroom, one bath house (not a manufactured home) is located near the Parker Dam in the Polynesian Shores I community.

Enjoy the community's private cabana and fire pit, launch ramp, beach area.

Restaurants on the river: Roadrunner/food and drinks, games for the kids, Fox's floating bar/food drinks, Buckskin resort/food/drinks/store/bathing suite shop/video arcade, Badnocks/breakfast/lunch, Rio Bar and Grill, Bluewater Resort and casino, food/drinks/gambling/indoor water slide.
