Why the Owner Chose South Haven

Renovating a historic house has been an interest of ours for many years and we chose a property close to downtown in a quiet residential neighborhood. It soon proved to be an ideal opportunity for vacation rental and additional income.

The Unique Benefits at this House

The benefits of the property we purchased is its location within a 10 minute walk of downtown and about 15 minutes to the closest Lake Michigan beach. The house is large (about 2200 sf) with a large open floor plan on the first floor. The kitchen opens out to a large back yard with a large viewing deck for entertaining, relaxing, and watching the sky change colors as the sun sets across the Celery Pond. Owner's Map of South Haven

My wife and I moved to South Haven MI in 2000. We purchased an antique shop to apply our 32 year passion for antiques to this quaint resort town. We truly enjoy meeting new customers and spreading the word about the unique opportunities in this historic harbor town.
