This unit was fabulous! It was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. The location and the view was perfect. I would definately reccommend this unit and the location to anyone vacationing in Destin. Definately get your money's worth ! We will be back next year, we go to Destin every year and staying in Maravilla can't be beat. The owner of this unit made the entire procecess painless from the beginning to the end. So next time you are looking for a great location to travel with family I highly suggest Maravilla and this unit. The view is fabulous! We saw dolphins every single day. The crabshack was delicious but the wait is pretty long, so if you don't mind waiting then go for it. We found Chinese Dynasty, the best chinese food ever! Destin Commons-great place to shop.

I was hesitant to book a condo in a location that I had never before visited and had no references from family or friends. This condo did not disappoint. Everything Jackie says this condo is it truly is. It is beautifully decorated and feels like home. It is immaculately clean and the most well stocked condo I have ever stayed in. It is newly painted and no carpet which is a real plus in a beach enviornment. The beds are clean and very comfortable including the bunk beds and sleeper sofa. Everything is very neat and organized. The balcony view is beautiful and has aperfect pool view. This was also a very quiet area. After travelling 18 hours and arriving late in the evening it was wonderful to walk into a room and have everything exactly as I hoped. The pictures are exactly the way the condo looks. The flatscreen in the bedroom was a real plus for my youngest at bedtime. The children all enjoyed the Wii when taking breaks from the sun or in the evening, more than they do at home! Jackie was wonderful to work with especially in allowing us a partial week rental to attend a friend's wedding. She also called after our arrival and departure to make sure we were happy with the unit. I would recommend this unit to anyone who wants a spotless condo and great views. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever return to the area.

We had an amazing time. Great view and location. Perfect for family with young kids. This was our third time to stay at this property and it gets better every time! Owners are easy to work with and take great care to be sure you have the best stay possible. We will come back year after year!

My twin 12 yr old daughters and my Wife had one of the most pleasureable visits to the beach. The unit was clean and well equiped. The unit owner is very activie in ensuring everything is pleasurable. From contracting to questions this was a wonderfully run business and I was so impressed with the kindness this unitowner exibits.Thankyou for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful condo. 05/24/10 Positive One of the nicest compliments a rental transaction can have is, "Just as advertised." That's what we found at the Jenna's condo. 4th (top) floor and corner unit mean - very quite. Gulf view couldn't be better. This is our most favorite section of Destin beach. The corner unit also got a delightful breeze when out for morning coffee. A real gem here, folks. We had a wonderful vacation in this Destin condo! The pools are very nice and the beach is beautiful. The beach chairs were awsome. They also rent surf boards and kayaks at the beach chair location, my boys had a blast on them!The condo has everything you need, pots & pans, towels, washer & dryer, and lots of pillows and blankets!!Thank you for letting us use your condo!the daughterys

My husband and I were in Destin for a wedding and found this condo fit our needs perfectly. It was in a great location! The unit is well equipped, the balcony is perfect for gulf views, the pool is refreshing and the beach chairs were an added bonus! We noticed that the entire complex is well kept I would certainly stay here again. The owners are very easy to work with and communicate well with their guests.

We were so pleased with the condo we can't wait to go back! With three kids and plenty of "stuff", the quick walk to the beach and easy access to the pool was refreshing! Great family friendly part of the beach as well and a short drive to the waterpark, stores, and restaurants.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the accommodations of this condo! It has a beautiful view of the gulf! It is nicely decorated and makes you feel at home. The pet-friendly option makes it a deal so you don't have to find an alternative option for the pet back home! Not very far from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! Look forward to staying there again soon! Highly Recommend!

The location was perfect and the walkway along Scenic Hwy 98 was awesome. Mark and I walked every morning and evening enjoying the Gulf breezes. We stayed in this condo over the Oct 17-20 weekend and loved it! This is our favorite time of the year to go to the beach and it didn't disappoint - the weather was just wonderful and there were very few people around. (I don't want to say too much and give away our secret! ;)) The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We loved the balcony and the view. Jackie was great too - reserving and paying for the condo was so easy. We will definately try to stay in this condo again. Thank you!

REFRESHING!! That is how we would sum up our long weekend. This condo was PERFECT in several ways for us. It has a FULL view of the ocean, so it was NEVER a worry of ours staying "across the street" from the beach. This unit is an end unit which, I'm sure, helps to cut down on noise from other visitors staying in Maravilla. Most importantly, the size of it was PERFECT. We were able to stretch out without feeling cramped or cluttered at all. We even ended up trying to talk my parents into coming down b/c we had so much extra room. We are expecting our first child this year and look VERY forward to escaping back to this unit with baby in tow! PERFECT retreat for a long weekend or full week! Thanks so much for opening up this little "piece of heaven" to us!! You guys were truly a blessing to work with and we look forward to doing more business in the future. Holly and Jason Black

We just returned from a week-long stay at Maravilla and couldn't be happier with the accomodations. This was our second year to stay in this particular condo, and we love the convenience to everything. Our favorite restaurant is Pompano Joe's, which is just down the street, and we love the proximity to the shopping areas as well. The view is unobstructed and beautiful! The condo is very cutely decorated and can sleep six people comfortably. We have three children (ages 9, 8 and 4) and had no problem with sleeping arrangements. Two took the pull-out sofa and one chose to hibernate in the bottom built-in bunk in the hallway. That left the master bedroom for Hubby and me. Another plus to us is the keypad on the door. It's nice to be able to memorize a code and not have to keep up with a key! We highly recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is very quiet being on the top and on the end. The furnishings and beds were very comfortable and the view fantastic. The pool was a little on the dirty side at the Maravilla and we understand from guests that regularly stay there it is usually cleaner. The gulf was loaded with sea weed so we really didn't get in the water, which was disappointing. You will find Jackie is very responsive to your needs and we really enjoyed staying in their home away from home in Destin.

We had such a wonderful time staying in this area, being so close to everything! The view in this condo is unbelievable, full oceanfront views from the second you walk in the door! The furnishings were all top notch, very well done! Our favorite things were walking the few steps to the beach and having chairs and umbrella already setup waiting for us and having our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the best view! You definitely get your $ worth staying here. I did alot of research and really wanted an ocean view-this is a great deal! Owners were wonderful to work with, always extremely accessible! Can't wait to go again next year, if not sooner!

i stayed here in 2006,2007 and will be back in 2008. i have traveled alot over the years and this unit is by far the nicest i have rented. the location is close to many eateries,of all tastes,and there is every type of shopping you can think of.you are close to all kinds of entertainment for all ages. the unit has the best full gulf view in the complex and the nicest beaches. the furnishings are all top notch and comfortable to make you feel at home.the owners are the best people to deal with and they treat you like family. i highly recommend this rental for everyone.
