This is the newest and most luxurious waterfront location on the lake. Hardwood floors, custom quality wood cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, ultra-modern baths, ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and baths, Gas fireplace with granite surround, washer/dryer, spacious closets, energy efficient heat pump for heating and cooling and automated sprinkler fire protection system, are just some of the many features you will notice.

We will continue to provide a clean, immaculate and comfortable place for every family that chooses to stay at our home. We want you and your family to feel like this is your home away from home. We want to provide all the amenities that you would expect at a fine resort. We provide hand soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins and toiletries. We have games, toys and bikes available for use during your stay. We also provide brochures for local activities and dining. If you request, we will email you directions to dining, supermarkets and activities prior to your arrival. We want you to enjoy your stay and we want you to come back, so just call me if you need anything.
Lake view room has gas fireplace with granite surround and is furnished with a Leather Couch, Sofa and Recliner. The layout is fully opened, the dining area is in the lakeview room and has a Kitchen table which seats 6, the granite kitchen counter seats 3 and a stand-alone bar seats 2. The 51' Samsung HDTV Flat screen TV is located above the fireplace. Master bedroom and second bedroom also have HDTV Flat screen TVs. We provide DVD and CD player and a selection of DVD's to watch. DON'T FORGET YOUR IPOD OR IPHONE! We provide an IPOD-IPHONE docking station to play your personal music collection.
Enjoy the private beach located steps out the front door or take a stroll along the red pebbled path to the Lake Mountain Beach Club. RENTAL INCLUDES 8 GUEST PASSES TO LAKE MOUNTAIN CLUB IN SUMMER Open May 26th thru September 3rd. Lake Mountain Club is a private club with Pool, Lake with Beach, Tennis, Horseshoes, Table Tennis, Playground and Boat Rental (Sailboats, Fishing Boats, Canoe, Rowboats, Kayaks & Paddle Boats). The lake has a roped off swimming area with a water bounce/slide located in the water for children. Boulder view with sand bar and dining is right next to the beach. Let the kids play on the beach or at the pool or tennis club, as you relax. You’ll feel like you’re in the Caribbean, when you kick back at the Tiki-Bar, sipping on your frozen cocktail or ice-cold beer, as you sing-along with the band as they play your favorite tune. There is also a TIKI bar located on the beach of Split Rock lodge which is a short bike ride or walk away.
This is a great location with practically any activity you can think of, and many, many restaurants. Enjoy your night at Boulder View or within 2 blocks there are several restaurants, including Lou’s Prime, Shenanigans night club, Nicks on the lake or the Belago at Split Rock Lodge. Test your luck at Mount Airy lodge Casino or Mohegan Sun Casino at Pocono Downs. Take the kids to H2OOOO indoor year round water park located a couple miles away or drop the kids off at CamelBeach outdoor waterpark while you go shopping at the Crossings Premium Outlet Stores in Tannersville. This was our second stay at this property. It is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view. We stayed the first time in the fall of 2012 and hiked around the lake, climbed split rock, went to the indoor water park (which is small, but was not crowded....it has a wave surfer so the kids loved that because they got to do it over and over). On this stay, we went skiing at the resort just a short walk away. Our sons had ski lessons with only 1 other child, so it was like a private lesson. We love the condo and the area. Would definitely return againRecommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Very modern and clean property. Enjoyed very much. We would like to come back for summer vacation. 2 ski resorts are very nearby. My family and friends had a great time at this property for trip trip. There are 2 ski resorts nearby and it was very convenient. The property is in excellent condition. Great Property. Enjoy Very Much!!! Only drawback was that I was not able to use wifi. Either free wifi or something guest can purchase. I am sure everyone agrees that we have to be connected wirelessly nowadays. My son wants to go there again this summer. See you soon!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Upon my return to this condo with my sisters this time, we found it to be extremely welcoming. Table set with wine glasses, wine chilling in the fridge! It started to snow and ended around noon the next day. We were hunkered down for most of the long weekend in this cozy retreat. The complex did a good job of clearing the snow from the hill to the parking lot. Even without an SUV, we made it up the hill with the gravel/salt mixture to melt the snow/ice. However, we could walk to Big Boulder Lodge which was a buzz of activity due to the new snow. We chose wine over skiing.....a wise choice! Now I see a Spring Fling in the future.....the owner makes it so easy to come back and enjoy!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place blew me away..the pictures do not do it justice to how nice this place was and it was very clean!!! It was super close to big boulder and other restaurants. I am definitely staying here again I can not think of one complaint about my stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I rented this condo for a ski weekend and was very satisfied with my choice. The condo is well maintained, spacious and has beautiful lake views. The location is great due to the short distance to Big Boulder Ski Lodge. The owner was very accomodating and I am looking forward to renting this unit again. The huge flat screen tv's were great for watching the playoff games.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is very clean and well appointed. The new dining room table and kitchen bar stools are very nice; could use two more stools though. Dishes/glassware cool. The changing leaves, lake and mountain views are so relaxing. We spent a large part of our stay on the balcony which is quaint and comfy with the patio set and bar. Three great TV's (during the baseball playoffs!!). Convenient first floor location. Tip: When unloading/loading, temporarily park in the back to avoid stairs and easier access to the condo. The parking lot is to the right of the building, small inconvenience. The town itself is very quiet at this time of the year. You definitely need a car/SUV to get around for food and fun. Try Terra Cottage for a great breakfast and adorable Gift Shop. The Crossings Outlets are not far away (go mid-week to avoid crowds). The owner is very accommodating, and you can tell he wants your stay to be great! I have already recommended this condo to friends/family. I can see a Sisters' Weekend there in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at the condo. The view is beautiful and the condo is very clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. It's a great location and we really enjoyed using the beach club at Boulder Lake. They have a nice little beach, boats you can rent and lots of games. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.Recommended for: Families with young children.

It is so relaxing and a great way to spend the weekends creating family memories that will last a lifetime. The walk from the condo to the beach club on the red stone path is such a great scenic walk and a great way to spend time with the kids.
