Shopping minutes by bus in Nice and swimming in the sea by the condo. Local village has many restaurants and café's walking distance (five minutes to village). Other villages nearby are Eze', St. Paul de Vence, Monte Carlo, Antibes, Cap Jean Ferrat, Beaulieu, Cagnes sur mer, Biot, etc.
