This property was exactly as described. Very comfortable & quiet, despite being very close to all amenities. The owners were very knowledgable and helpful. The kitchen was well equiped, and the owners were nice enough to cook our lobsters/crabs outside for us. Lots of beach accessories available. The gardens were enviable and we enjoyed many evening outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definately recommend to others. Ideal for two, though we managed well with four occupants.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This is a great place! Everything was new and fresh. The kitchen is modern with all amenities. The bath is spacious with an "open" style shower that is unique and feels like you're showering outside. There's a nice stereo with great sound, a modern, HD T.V. which you can comfortably watch in bed as well as another T.V. to watch videos. Many videos are readily available in the well stocked bookcase. The refrigerator is clean and efficient. The stove is clean and works well. The location is terrific. Minutes away from downtown Newburyport and close to Plum Island. It's just far enough away to give a "country" feel after a day of enjoying the surrounding areas. The grounds are spacious and lush with beautiful shrubs and trees. The owners are always available to help with any questions or requests you may have.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
