Our vacation home is decorated with a tropical theme, it has a private brick patio, with a privacy fence of foliage and cool breezes from the intercoastal 1/2 block away.
Close to everything with lots of activities... yet it has the feeling of a lush private garden. Walk, bike, or take the trolley a few blks. to downtown Saint Augustine, the oldest city in America, historic monuments, Old Catholic Mission, Spanish Fort, Ripley's, ghost tours and folk lore, five-star restaurants, several marinas, sunset boat tours and horse-drawn carriages tours. Art and antique shops and much more. Ponce De Leon Championship golf course only 2 miles away, and several others just a short drive.
In the summer enjoy outdoor music and art festivals weekly. If you want to spend the day at the beach...a short, ten minute drive, will take you there, drive right on the beach in most places, and spend the day at the beautiful wide beaches of Saint Augustine.
