'Island Princess Unit 311' Gulf Front with a gorgeous view!! 2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 6. Large spacious open floor plan decorated in relaxing hues of a true vacation condo on the beach. Large Fully stocked kitchen with large bar with seating for 4 guests. Dining area with seating for 6. Living Area with wide open view of the gulf and beach with a 47' Flat Screen TV/DVD player with High Definition Channels. Living area also hosts a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests. Master bedroom hosts a king size bed with picture window of the gulf, sliding glass doors to the balcony, 32'' Flat Screen TV/DVD player with High Definition channels, Full private bath with seperate vanity. Second bedroom hosts two twin beds, 27' Flat Screen TV/DVD player and access to the second full bath. You can access the balcony from the living room or master, Gorgeous wide open view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico with bar height table patio set.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra linens for each bed with plenty of towels and pillows. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies. I also provide beach towels, beach toys. All you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set for a great vacation!!
Beach service is also provided March through October.
Island Princess is one of the nicest properties on Okaloosa Island. The building is 7 stories tall, a total of 137 units, with 500 feet of beach front property the beaches are never as crowded as Destin in the peak of the season. Gulf side pool which is heated in the winter months along with a hot tub. Excercise room and barbeque area with gazebos for cook-outs.

This is our 3rd year staying at the Island Princess, and first year in this condo. We LOVE Okaloosa Island. We will definitely be returning and will stay in this unit again. It is beautifully furnished, in perfect condition, and unbelievably clean. It is so nice that towels, soap, TP, and cleaning items are included. The kitchen is well-furnished, the TVs are state of the art, and the furniture clean and comfy. Our booking process with Kim Lang was easy and pleasant - thanks so much for the fantastic service! The grounds of the are always clean and immaculately maintained. Please thank Ted in maintenance if you see him - he'll appreciate it since he and his partners work very hard to provide a great experience. The beach service guys are also extremely accommodating and helpful. It is simply breathtaking to watch dolphins every morning and evening from the balcony. Hanging out at the beach and pool make you feel like you are in a Corona commercial - totally relaxing, snow white beaches, and emerald green warm waters. You might travel to other vacation destinations, but once you visit Okaloosa Island, you will never stop dreaming about returning. It really is a piece of heaven on earth.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed in this condo the week of June 23, 2012. It's a very nice property that's in an excellent location! Close enough to Destin where you can get there quickly but not too close. The beach service guys were fabulous! It was a nice touch to have beach toys and towels provided. The condo has a gorgeous view of the beach. Will definitely recommend this condo to my friends!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
