Our lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath home will comfortably sleep, feed and relax 6 stress-filled vacationers. As you step into the cool, quiet entry you are greeted by soothing colors and clean-lined modern furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a microwave, electric stove and range, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, and a nice deep sink to clean that fresh catch of the day. The washer and dryer allow you to pack light and have fresh towels for the beach. A flat screen TV, cable service, stereo and DVD player offer a myriad of entertainment choices. The master suite includes a spacious shower, walk-in closet and a king bed with memory foam for your sleeping pleasure. The foldout couch also has a queen size memory foam mattress. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with memory foam and a full bath right next door. Step through the sliding glass doors from the master suite or the living room to enjoy a beverage, snack or a few moments of tranquility on the screen porch. A short walk through the beautifully landscaped compound takes you to the on-site pool. Let the kids splash around while you relax or cook something delicious in the large covered grilling area that is poolside. Nestled in the lovely La Cita Golf and Country Club at the Haciendas your home away from home is only moments away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and historic downtown Titusville. Just around the corner is a large farm market where you can enjoy some of Florida’s freshest produce. A short drive down the road takes you to US 1 and the Indian River. Cocoa Beach, Canaveral National Seashore, Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Sea World and other attractions are a mere 25 to 45 minute scenic drive away.

If I said it was a bad place to say it would be to keep other people away so it was available when I stay there again. Well maintained, comfortable beds and well stocked. Owners are available, by e-mail, to answer any questions. Will be are go to place for yearly visit to the area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at this Titusville condo in April 2013 on Spring Break. Our group included my husband and I, our 2 teenaged sons and my 80 year old father-in-law. Plenty of room for us all. This HomeAway is very well maintained, very clean and very nicely furnished. Wi-Fi, tv, dvd player, washer and dryer - all those things that make it easy to take-it-easy! Close to the Nasa Space Center, a great air-boat ride at Midway, and not a bad drive to great beaches at Cocoa Beach and Melbourne. The owner was very prompt, organized and accurate in responding and there is a local person to contact if the need should arise (it didn't, but nice to know help is near if needed). I give this HomeAway high marks.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed at the condo as a central location to Datona, Orlando, Coco beach, and other Florida attractions. We went to the Datona 500, Disney World and were able to sight-se the local area. The condo was everything we had expected and didn't have any problems with anything. The local stores were exeptionally helpful with asking if we had their discount card and as we didn't they would just use their own card and save us money.A must to go to is Dixie Crossroads Restaurant and we found a great steak place along the water. Most restaurants roll up their sidewalks early exept for fast food so you have to look around to find something open. Great time and missed a foot of snow and 9 degrees in Colo. while we were gone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife and I stayed at this condo before our last cruise. What a great place! Nicely decorated, within walking distance to some good restaurants and it turned out to be pretty close to the cruise port. I wish we had stayed longer so we could have explored a little more. The condo is clean, freshly remodeled and very homey.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My recent stay at the condo was wonderful. I was getting married right down the road at the "birdsong barn", so it was very convenient. It was closer than I thought, and was a very comfortable stay for me and my bridesmaids. Thank you Patty for a lovely stay and all of your help! Location was good. Condo was very nice and clean. All items I needed were there. We did quite a bit of cooking and it was well stocked. Pool area was not kept well but it was too cool for swimming and I just used it for BBQ. Pool area could use some work. I was very impressed with the condo how well stocked it was from kitchen to bed and bath. Master shower was aswsome as was the king size bed.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

All was well with our stay. Only complaint was that there was an odor when we arrived probably just from being closed up we got some air fresheners and it was good. Your screen in the door to the porch was broken but you probably already know that. When you add WIFI that will be a great addition. Everything was very comfortable thanks!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

That's one of the hazards of being in a humid climate. It does get better after about 24 hours. Since your stay we have added some Scentsy plug-ins and a couple of choices of scents to help freshen up until it gets aired out.

Just in for the weekend, but would definately stay again. Property as good as described and better! Lush carpeting was so nice on tired feet, felt like we walking on pillows. Beds also very comfortable. Had time for a couple of movies and let me tell you, the TV and surround sound system were the best I've ever seen in a rental unit. Condo was very roomy, clean and well maintained. Owner was very easy to work with and property close to shopping and restaurants. Not waterfront, but if you're looking for clean, cool and comfortable in Titusville that's close to everything, look no further. I am a pretty tough critic when it comes to where me and my family stay (and we travel alot), but I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed when booking with this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family had an absolutely fabulous stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable for my family of five. Everything I needed in the condo was available at my finger tips. My children loved the pool and my husband enjoyed grilling at the covered kitchen near the pool. Easy access to Cocoa Beach, Orlando, restaurants, and many tourist activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Titusville. The condo is cozy, clean, and bright...and close to everything!During our stay we walked along the beach in nearby Cocoa Beach (about a 30-minute drive), and had a great dinner at the Cocoa Beach Pier. Fantastic meal and ocean view! I was surprised to find really good shopping within an hour's drive in Orlando and Viera. And I thought all Orlando had to offer were theme parks! (which were awesome - loved Harry Potter at Islands of adventure!) My husband couldn't get enough of the many golf courses in the area. I could have joined him, but I coldn't resist just sitting and reading my book on the screened back porch or in the warm sunshine by the pool. The space coast was my home for several years when I was younger. I fell in love with Florida and even after living in the frozen north for many years I still feel at home when I return. I brought my husband to visit and he too was taken with the area. When we got the opportunity to buy property here and make it our own we were overjoyed.
