  me, my wife and 2 great danes enjoyed our week immensely. This is our second trip to Carolina beach in six months. This condo is very clean and everything new or like new condition. perfect view of the beach, covered parking, lots of places to take the dogs. we really recommend the wilmington riverwalk and taking the ferry over to southport for a day. we will be coming back in the fall. julie was very accommodating when we had questions. condo is within a 5-10 minute drive to any type of restaurant you want, state park, 14 miles to wilmington, the VRBO description of this property is precisely what you get. No restaurants really within walking distance, but only a 5-10 minute drive. most will deliver to condo. try uncle vinnys for pizza, AG for fried chicken, bowmans and Michaels for seafood,michaelangelos for subs and calzones., squigleys for ice cream, Mddonalds, Hardees, Pizza Hut, all very close buy. for those who workout there are two gyms within 10 minutes that let you workout for $10 per day can't say enough good things about this area. This will be our vacation spot for a long time and will choose this condo for our stay. Thank you Julie!!

  This condo had everything - including an excellent location. All the applicances were good quality. I cannot think of anything you may need that this condo did not have. My dog and I spent entire day walking from Carolina Beach to Kuras Beach - found a number of sharks teeth and met a lot of nice people. Wilmington is a great town to visit if the weather is not nice enough for the beach. There are many good restaurants in the area for the days you don't want to cook. The owner is very accomodating and easy to work with. We had planned to stay a full month, but a family emergency cut our visit down to one week - and a substantail amount of our rental payment was refunded. If we have the opportunity we will definately stay here again.

  What an amazing holiday, at the beach with nice weather in a comfortable ocean front condo. Equally amazing was being able to bring our Labrador with us! Very clean, well stocked kitchen and the new appliances allowed us to have a perfect holiday turkey with all the trimmings. Julie was easy to work with, answered all of our questions and truly wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. A nice book is provided listing local restaurants, activities and such is provided. Morning coffee on the patio or along the beach made each day start off perfect. We will definitely rent here again!

  We really enjoyed are stay in this lovely dog friendly oceanfront condo. It was very clean, comfortable, and very well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean and appreciated that there were 4 chairs, stool and a dining table as we love to be able to dine and relax outside as much as possible. Julie communicates very well & is super organized and her efforts to make this into a wonderful vacation rental are very apparent. The location is great & is a short walk to the pier & dog friendly beach. Thanks again & we certainly will return in the future.

  Our week stay at Four Winds 2A was a wonderful experience. The condo was extremely neat and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. It helped that the weather was beautiful all week long. The owner was very helpful and up front on all issues. I would definitely return to Carolina Beach and this condo. The treatment by the owner and her commitment to providing a clean and well appointed condo as-well-as a great view of the ocean made our trip more than worth while.

  This property was wonderful!!! Very, very clean and updated. The views are gorgeous, and the owners were so good to work with....most helpful and cordial. We can't wait to visit again, and recommend this property to anyone seeking to visit Carolina Beach.

  This was our first time at the North End section of Carolina Beach. Beautiful view from the front deck of the condo and the dog beach was only a few blocks away. Everything was as described in the listing, and we all had a great time!

  The condo was so much more than I expected! It had everything we needed, and was cozy and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the beach and in the water (CB sand is much cleaner than Myrtle's), and on the balcony too after a day of being in the water just relaxing. The TV in the living room was perfect for us to watch movies at night - just go to redbox up the road. The boardwalk was quaint, and the bands were actually quite good. Fireworks can be seen from the beach, so no need to fight the crowds, just take your chair down with some popcorn, and enjoy! Recommend the SeaWitch, and Brit's donuts for sure. Oh, and our golden retriever, even though we could never get him to go near the water as he's afraid of everything, loved his stay with us and made our vacation even better not having to worry about our furry family member. When you aren't ready to go home, that's when you know it's been a wonderful time and excellent memories you've created for your family. Thanks Julie for such an amazing week!

  The condo was great! Everything was as described. It is so nice to go to the beach and have so many amenities provided. We had a wonderful time.
