Bright and beachy, beautifully decorated condo at Regency Towers Resort is perfect for your family or group. With 540 feet of sugar white beach and emerald green waters, Regency Towers is located directly on the beach at the east end of Thomas Drive and has two beautiful, huge, beachside pools (one heated seasonally) plus a large kiddie wading pool, tennis courts, exercise rooms and more. Our condo is one of the largest 3 bedrooms on the beach with 1450 square feet and is located on the 3rd floor at Regency Towers in the east tower. Here you will experience a wonderful family vacation with tons of sun, beach, and fun.
Our deluxe three bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with a home entertainment center (Flat screen TVs, VCR, DVDs, CD) and a video/dvd library it will be easy to relax after a fun filled day on the beach. With a well equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining. Our balcony with beautiful views of the beach is tiled and has sliding glass doors that can close to make a cozy sunroom during cooler weather. It opens to both the living room and master bedroom.
The unit can sleep up to 10 guest comfortably with a king bed in the master, two full beds in the second bedroom, one queen bed in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We also have a porta-crib. Each bedroom has a cable TV plus a DVD player. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. With two full bathrooms there is plenty of room for your whole family.
This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed. No renters under 25 years old.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Very spacious. The only complaint I have is the elevator is really slow and there was some noisy construction going on while we were there. Otherwise. Everything was great.

We've stayed in many, many RT units over the years. This one is definitely among our favorites (probably IS our favorite, other than the penthouse--but this one definitely beats the penthouse on rental rates :), so the lower rate more than makes up for the lack of a trendy upscale penthouse kitchen). Though the kitchen decor is a bit outdated, the Gay's kitchen is EXTREMELY well-stocked with cookware, dishes, and small appliances! This was the first time we've stayed on a floor below the 6th--we actually ENJOYED being able to skip out on waiting for the elevator and make a quick trip up or down the stairs instead. Regency Towers has excellent amenities for a FAMILY beach vacation, and the Gays' room has the most useful bedding arrangement out of all the condo's we've ever stayed in there! We plan on trying to rent this one again next time we have the pleasure of a vacation at Regency Towers!

I stayed here for my spring break vacation in March of 2011. I must say we enjoyed ourselves. The condo was freshly cleaned when we arrived and everything was in order. Everything was in good condition. I was very grateful for Jan working with our ages. She put a lot of trust in us considering the fact none of us was over 25. Thank you for everything!

We were less than 5 minutes from Adventures at Sea pontoon boat rentals. We went to Shell Island for a day and could not believe the amount of sand dollars there were. Most of all we were impressed with the cleanliness of Regency's pools and grounds. Thank You.

The day we checked in the elevator was not working and we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Of course it was the hottest day of the week! The handle on the refrigerator was broken and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Overall it was alright, it was clean which is the main thing.
Owner response:Crystal, I'm sorry the weather didn't cooperate for your trip. It definitely disappoints when the waters are too rough to swim in the ocean. The elevator is repaired and fully operational and I contacted maintenance as soon as I learned the refrigerator handle was broken. It is also back in working in order. We've never had a complaint about the water pressure so I will have that checked. I am glad to hear that the condo was clean, we work hard to keep it that way. Thanks for your feedback.

Jan and Eric have a great place for a large family to stay while they enjoy the beautiful beach along Thomas Drive. The condo was just as it was pictured and described. The third floor was great for the short periods when the elevator was not working. The condo has the comforts of home, and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing and serving of meals. Our bablies especially enjoyed the balcony and the view of the ocean. We would recommend this condo to a friend. We were there the week following the Fourth of July, which did mean longer waits at popular restaurants and a shortage of carts to load up for home on Saturday morning. Overall it was a great vacation spot!

This is a beautiful, very roomy condo with a great view. Look at the pictures, what you see is what you get. Resort and staff was excellent. We have stayed at a lot of condos in PCB, and this one is one of the best. The transaction with Eric and Jan Gay was exceptional. Everything happened just as they said it would. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo! Beach Access was excellent. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 7! Loved the balcony. Side position a benefit...quiet (away from pool) but great view of the gulf. We enjoyed the amenities (billiard room, tennis, pools, grills). Condo was clean, nice, cheery, had everything we needed. The pictures shown on the website perfectly represented the condo. Regency Towers is an older community but is very well kept. Beautiful grounds, perfectly clean. We highly recommend a visit to Shell Island and the St. Park Pontoon Rental at the State Park. Both ar GREAT fun! Wonderful vacation! Thank you!
