It was a beautiful place to stay. It was very clean and conveniently close to the beach. It was our first trip to florida. We would like to go back in the near future and would love to rent from Jan again. she made the whole process very easy and pleasant.

Jan was extremely helpful in aiding me in the rental process. Upon arrival my entire group was taken by how nice the condo was. The view from the balcony is great considering where you are in complex. Its not the glass front huge balcony on beach row but it is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy breakfast. The condo is well stocked and set up for cooking for everyone. Photos are accurate but don't describe how nice this condo really is. Its fairly well maintained place with very little left to be desired. I would definitely recommend this for a group who want to be close to everything(within 3 miles) but not in the middle of all the tourist. We had a great time and would choose this condo again in a moment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Very spacious. The only complaint I have is the elevator is really slow and there was some noisy construction going on while we were there. Otherwise. Everything was great.

One of our favorite condos at Regency Towers!

We've stayed in many, many RT units over the years. This one is definitely among our favorites (probably IS our favorite, other than the penthouse--but this one definitely beats the penthouse on rental rates :), so the lower rate more than makes up for the lack of a trendy upscale penthouse kitchen). Though the kitchen decor is a bit outdated, the Gay's kitchen is EXTREMELY well-stocked with cookware, dishes, and small appliances! This was the first time we've stayed on a floor below the 6th--we actually ENJOYED being able to skip out on waiting for the elevator and make a quick trip up or down the stairs instead. Regency Towers has excellent amenities for a FAMILY beach vacation, and the Gays' room has the most useful bedding arrangement out of all the condo's we've ever stayed in there! We plan on trying to rent this one again next time we have the pleasure of a vacation at Regency Towers!

Spring Break 2011

I stayed here for my spring break vacation in March of 2011. I must say we enjoyed ourselves. The condo was freshly cleaned when we arrived and everything was in order. Everything was in good condition. I was very grateful for Jan working with our ages. She put a lot of trust in us considering the fact none of us was over 25. Thank you for everything!

We were less than 5 minutes from Adventures at Sea pontoon boat rentals. We went to Shell Island for a day and could not believe the amount of sand dollars there were. Most of all we were impressed with the cleanliness of Regency's pools and grounds. Thank You.

Great Vacation

Jan and Eric have a great place for a large family to stay while they enjoy the beautiful beach along Thomas Drive. The condo was just as it was pictured and described. The third floor was great for the short periods when the elevator was not working. The condo has the comforts of home, and the kitchen is well equipped for preparing and serving of meals. Our bablies especially enjoyed the balcony and the view of the ocean. We would recommend this condo to a friend. We were there the week following the Fourth of July, which did mean longer waits at popular restaurants and a shortage of carts to load up for home on Saturday morning. Overall it was a great vacation spot!

Double RED flag week

The day we checked in the elevator was not working and we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Of course it was the hottest day of the week! The handle on the refrigerator was broken and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Overall it was alright, it was clean which is the main thing.

Owner response:Crystal, I'm sorry the weather didn't cooperate for your trip. It definitely disappoints when the waters are too rough to swim in the ocean. The elevator is repaired and fully operational and I contacted maintenance as soon as I learned the refrigerator handle was broken. It is also back in working in order. We've never had a complaint about the water pressure so I will have that checked. I am glad to hear that the condo was clean, we work hard to keep it that way. Thanks for your feedback.

Great Condo, Great Resort

This is a beautiful, very roomy condo with a great view. Look at the pictures, what you see is what you get. Resort and staff was excellent. We have stayed at a lot of condos in PCB, and this one is one of the best. The transaction with Eric and Jan Gay was exceptional. Everything happened just as they said it would. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo! Beach Access was excellent. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 7! Loved the balcony. Side position a benefit...quiet (away from pool) but great view of the gulf. We enjoyed the amenities (billiard room, tennis, pools, grills). Condo was clean, nice, cheery, had everything we needed. The pictures shown on the website perfectly represented the condo. Regency Towers is an older community but is very well kept. Beautiful grounds, perfectly clean. We highly recommend a visit to Shell Island and the St. Park Pontoon Rental at the State Park. Both ar GREAT fun! Wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Had a great time. We had 1 couple, 4 young adult guys and a mom with my grandbaby. We all enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would say negative is that sound does travel but only within the unit. Didn't hear anyone outside of our unit. Would not have been an issue but we had a baby in the room by the kitchen and an early riser that had to be very quiet in the kitchen to not wake the baby. Room was comfortable and very clean. Would definately stay in this room again. Much better than some of the other rooms that you rent through the front office.

Spring 2010

This is the 2nd time that we have rented this condo from the Gays and we have enjoyed it both times. The first time we rented in Feb 2009, we enjoyed a family weekend with no kids. We just rented the property again this past weekend with the children. It was family friendly and it had plenty of space. There is enough sleeping room for 10 between the 4 beds and the sleeper sofa. The balcony is very nice because it has sliding glass doors to close it off when it is windy. The condo was equipped with many books, games, and videos/dvds that the kids enjoyed. It is a very short walk from the condo down to the pool and to the beach. The location is great for local restaurants and shopping. Since the condo is on Thomas Drive, the traffic is less than on the strip which makes getting places much easier. Overall, we enjoyed the stay both times and hope to rent again soon.

Wonderful Panama City getaway

Loved this place...very reasonably priced for such an attractive, comfy and spacious getaway. Everything is bright and beachy. Rooms are large and well equipped. The corner porch catches the breeze and is a great place for breakfast and watching the sunset over the ocean. The beach here is gorgeous beautiful blue waters and white sand. The pool and other amenities are well maintained and easily accessible. Short stroll to Schooners beachfront bar and grill and other places to eat and drink. Renting is a snap and the owner is a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this rental.

winter 2009-10

We stayed three months in this unit. We did enjoy the roominess of it and the glassed patio was wonderful. We spent many hours there in the sun, relaxing and reading. This is a very quiet spot and great neighbors who live there full time. There were some problems but were taken care of very timely.
