Located directly on the Bay in the quaint Mallard Cove community, this property is super clean and large rental option. The two-level unit includes three bedrooms (two masters and a third bedroom) each with a full private bath. The first level includes a large kitchen with an island and breakfast bar, and a great room that has three seating areas: dinning table with six chairs, a TV area with a pull-out couch and another seating area ideal for reading. A wet bar is located in the living room area too. A full bath and a private den is also included. The den has a pull-out couch. Six sliding glass doors open from the great room onto a an expansive wooden deck that over looks the Bay and fabulous sunsets. The deck also has a table with seating for four and a bench.
The second floor is laid out like a traditional town home design with two master bedrooms in the front and a third bedroom in the rear. The two masters have sliding glass doors that open to another deck level. Full size washer and dryer are located in a a small room on the second floor.
Community amenities include a pool and small dock on the bay.

Stayed at this condo for one week, with family, six adults in total. Very spacious unit with benefit of private bathrooms attached to three main bedrooms. The full double car garage was a wonderful bonus for us and we trailered our motorcycle and bicylcles with us. So, they were stored away, safely out of sight. The location of this unit is excellent. The bay view sunsets were amazing on the roomy deck and provided a pleasant place for drinks and dining. Excellent Wifi service in unit. Huge, well stocked kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds, with quality bedding and lovely quilts. Very convenient location to watersports, grocery shopping, restaurants. Two minues to Fenwick Island Beach at State Park - beautiful and clean. Five minutes to the Ocean City "Strip", with attractions and restaurants galore. Fifteen minutes to the quaint Bethany Beach Boardwalk, and only thirty minutes to excellent shopping in Rehoboth Beach. In general, this was a beautiful family holiday in a top quality condo rental, that proved to be excellent value for our rental rate, compared to other properties. Mr. McAllister was a pleasure to deal with and provided helpful information and responses to our questions promptly. We will look forward to returning to this rental again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This property was the perfect rental for our family. The unit is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The pictures simply do not do it justice. We easily accommodated a family of 5 and a family of 4 in the house without feeling cramped. The view of the bay and Ocean City are breathtaking, one of our favorite things to do each night was watch the sunset over the bay from the deck. On the 4th of July we were able to watch several magnificent fireworks displays from the comfort of the deck! The property is conveniently located near resturants, shopping and the beach as well as within walking distance of a bait shop and a resturant right next door. The dock at the property was a great place for fishing and crabbing and the pool was another nice amenity for the days that we were not at the beach. The owner was extremely helpful, easy to work with and always available to answer questions in a timely manner. We will definitley be contacting him for our next Fenwick rental!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
