Perfect setting for fun and relaxation. The 4 bedroom home has recently been renovated. it sits on three private acres overlooking a large lake. Enjoy sunsets and bald eagles from the deck or the lakeside dock. Kayaks and sailboat come with the rental. Close to restaurants and cultural venues, yet is very private and quiet. Looking to rent to smaller groups and quiet families, not big crowds. No rentals for less than a week. No smokers please. Dogs welcomed but no cats.
