Beautifully situated among classy and exceptional beachfront communities on 30A, this slice of paradise offers a delightful retreat, gorgeous ocean views, private pool/hot tub access at the Inn, a wide array of restaurants both within an easy walk or a short drive, unique shopping, bike trails, golf and much more.
Unit 409 – Coastal Retreat – is a newly decorated studio apartment that provides the comforts of home with luxurious accommodations. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker and much more, offering guests the option of eating meals in at the breakfast bar or on our private balcony. Publix and Winn-Dixie supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. From up-scale restaurants to casual eateries, there is no shortage of fabulous food within minutes of Seacrest Beach. Coastal Retreat offers wi-fi for our guests as well as a top of the line 40” LCD TV if you want to just kick back and relax. The Inn has a shared washer and dryer facility for your convenience.
Rental bikes are available (some can even be delivered to the Inn) for our guests to explore Rosemary Beach to the east and as far west as Grayton Beach, with the approximately 10-mile biking trails winding through a scenic tour of 30A’s exceptional charm and simplicity. Golf options include championship courses in Destin, a PGA Qualifying School course and public courses in Panama City and Santa Rosa.
There is convenient private beach access just a short walk away. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach or purchased locally.
Shoppers will not be disappointed with the wide range of options, from national retailers to cozy boutiques. Restaurants, entertainment, or just quiet relaxation on the white sandy beaches enjoying the breathtaking hues of the Gulf…there’s something for everyone at Seacrest Beach…come explore for yourself!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Seacrest Beach. Everything was just as described. The unit was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was even better in person! The location was so convenient - we walked to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We enjoyed all the restaurants we tried, especially Georges and Cowgirl Kitchen. We'll be back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

This unit is beautifully decorated and has a stunning view of the ocean. The location could not be more perfect - nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This is an excellent place for a couple to get away. I would definitely rent it again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

My wife and I were attending a wedding in Seacrest Beach and this was our first time in the area. We did not know what to expect so we booked Coastal Retreat at the Inn at Seacrest and were very happy with the accomidations. The view of the gulf was great and the space while not huge is more than enough for two. Who spends a bunch of time in the room when you can be at the beach? the property managers were great to work with and we would definitely return. Thanks!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our experience could have only been better if we could have stayed longer. Everything about the property and information we received was nothing short of wonderful. Jennifer Ostenson was a pleasure to work with and was more than helpful in directing us where to eat, shop, rentals....etc. We are already putting together plans to return as soon as possible. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in unit 409 at The Inn At Seacrest. Very comfortable and clean with a great location. The beautiful white sand beach was just across the street.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

This condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or as I used it, for a mom and daughter! It was beautifully decorated with soothing beach colors and equipped with all we needed in the kitchen. We fell in love with the Seacrest and Rosemary Beach area and would definitely return to this condo and to the area! An amazing restaurant just down from the condo is George's. Big Fish bike rentals delivered our bikes then picked them up again. Easy!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

My vacation was outstanding from beginning to end. Jennifer was so helpful and friendly. The condo was super clean and beautifully decorated. But the best part was the view! The balcony view was a total gulf front view. It was amazing! Rosemary Beach was a short walk to the left and was beautiful with so much to do and so many awesome restaurants! Beautifully decorated studio condo. Very updated decor with comfy bed. Incredible view of the ocean. Great pool. Great location on 30A, short walk from Rosemary Beach. My only complaint was the noise from the unit next door.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
