                Perfect place for a vacation with a dog! The house had plenty of room for 4 people and was within walking distance of the market, the battery, restaurants, and a nice park with a lake. It was clean, comfortable and well furnished (Plenty of linen, paper products, etc.) The kitchen had ample dishes, equipment, etc. There was an iron, but I never did find an ironing board. That was the only thing I missed. The street and house were quiet and we felt very safe. There were no surprises and no hidden fees (such as cleaning, parking, etc.). We didn't find specific instruction on what we needed to do for cleaning upon departure, so we did what we thought was reasonable cleaning. Our deposit was refunded in full and within one week of our departure. We had a GREAT, stress-free vacation and will definitely rent here again when we come back. We have stayed at other places in Charleston on previous trips, and this was by far the easiest, most hassle-free experience we have had.

                Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children.

                I rented at the last minute and found Tess to be very helpful and understanding of our last minute plans. I stayed there with my 3 nieces and the unit was advertised as a 1 bedroom. It is really a 2 bedroom, as the daybed is in a separate room. This made it perfect for our party of 4. We enjoyed ourselves and found the unit to be very comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location. It is in a quiet residential area, but close to everything. We parked our car and never got into it again until we left. We walked to all the downtown attractions, shops & restaurants.

                Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
