This contemporary and spacious two-bedroom condo is located on the second floor in the condo development Pelicanos. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features such as good location and large pool to fit your vacation needs. Pelicanos is situated only five blocks from the beach and three blocks from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet, second bedroom has two twin-size beds, while the living room can sleep two more guests on the comfy futon. The dining and living room areas can accommodate six persons, has a satellite 32” flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, blender and drinkable water. The balcony overlooks the pool area and welcomes in a nice cool breeze. This condo is fantastic, lighting and clean, with every convenience. Located on the 2nd floor, has a very spacious balcony on each of the two bedrooms and a bigger balcony with table and chairs facing the swimming pool. Kitchen was full equipped. Fast wi-fi and cable TV with lots of international channels. As we stayed for two weeks, iron and a modern laundry with dryer was much appreciated. Beds were very comfortable, and AC worked great and it is independent for each room We enjoyed a lot the swimming pool and relaxed evenings on the balcony hammock. Location is the best... walking distance to 5th ave. and sandy beaches, with no noise concerns. 24 hours private security on the facility (Eliseo was extremely helpful during our stay) Vimex team was also very supportive (we disconnect by mistake the internet and they came in less than one hour to fix it) Many shops nearby, from small stores to Wal-Mart. There are many restaurants nearby (If you want real mexican food, we recommend Los Aguachiles) a restaurant one block away. We would definitively recommend it and look forward for staying again soon!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

The apartment is prepared for 6 people sleeping, it has two bedrooms and two and half bathrooms. It is located very close to the beach, only five blocks, a ten minutes or less walk.
The area is very secure and quiet, a nice place to enjoy rest. It has its own common pool with hammock, three nice terraces and plenty of sunlight!
